Leaking from the bottom of the washer. Worse in the "clean washer cycle mode" which is a pretty violent cycle.
Watched the videos which were key! Thanks Parts Select! Replaced Bellows and dispenser hose. Cleaned all areas really well where new hose and bellows attached. Ran the washer in "clean washer mode" twice. Not a drop leaking. Thank you!

The drain hose had a leak
First unplug the washer and turn water off..Next take off back of the washer ( I used a socket set). Then underneath the front load tub, take that panel off to get to the pump (there are 3 screws in the front panel). Then get a towel put it underneath the water pump. Next take your pliers and squeeze the tab holding the end of the drain hose where it connects to the pump, Slide the clip up on the pump connection, pull off hose ,make sure your towel is underneath the end of the hose.Next reach your hand through the back of the washer and squeeze the plastic holder w[th your hand to release the hose. Then pull old hose out and replace it the the new hose. Just reverse the steps to put it in..

Old hot water inlet hose had budge at both ends.
Turn water off at the inlet valve of hose you are replacing. Disconnect inlet hose the washer and let water drain out in a bucket. Then remove old hose. Replace new hose to inlet valve then washer . Use pliers to tighten both ends. Turn on water to check leaks at both ends of hose.

Water leaking from front glass of washer
The removal of the bellows was easy and quick. The instructional video was really good. Only one problem with video. The step of removing the console from washer leaves out that there is a center screw in the center of console. I almost broke the console. It took took a long time in getting bellows on interior area due to tight finger space. Wire gasket fairly easy. The outer gasket after getting door and latch on. Whew! That was a bear. Video looked easy. I finally had to get help to get it on. The reason was that every time I thought I had it, the bellows would roll off will the wire gasket. A screw type as the inner area would make it so much easier. Shipping. Kudos to your company. I was expecting that I would be without washer for a week. I ordered on a Friday and it was here early Monday morning. That was amazing. By the way I did this except the outer wire gasket by myself. I finally had to get "husband" to help with that. Thanks Parts Select! If the need arises that I need another part. You will be my go to company.

Would not pump out water, F21 codes checked and cleared all hoses and trap before pump still no luck.
Well first of all when you buy this washer, the salesperson should tell you about checking the drain catch (ahead of the pump) and emptying out whatever get's caught in there. Never had a clue until it wouldn't work, then did a search on the internet, and darn if I didn't find specific instructions on how to open and clean out. Mine was packed full of hair pins, small change, lint, buttons, etc, all kinds of stuff. Guessing that is why the pump went out in the first place, it was so packed full that the pump could not draw any water through. But even after I cleaned it out, the pump was already shot. So called a service man, he said the pump would cost me around $200, then his labor to put it in, plus a $68 service call to just come and look at it, and $68 when he comes back to replace it. So I searched the internet for how to replace, came up with a very detailed You Tube video on how to replace Whirlpool Duet Pump. So ordered my pump from PartsSelect, just over $100, and replaced it myself. Super easy, only about 5 minutes. Thanks! —A very determined housewife!

F30 error code. Water pouring out.
A previous person had broken the actuator switch connection so I replace it and got rid of the error code. But water poured out and I eventually took off the whole dispenser assembly and found a sock had stopped the big hose up where it enters the outer wash drum.

Timer was not advanced due to door lock failure
Searched internet for diagnosis. Ran diagnostic test using the diagnostic manual from whirlpool. The error code was F29. Replaced door latch but problem was not solved. Then order the Motor Control Unit. Removed old control unit through the top by removing the top washer cover and numbering harness positions with painter's tape. Install the new Control Unit and ran diagnostic procedure. The problem was solved. The washer is working fine.
