Googled dryer won't start! From information on the Parts Select website, I determined it was possibly the dryer door switch. Checked the dryer to confirm status of door switch and found it broken! Ordered part and received it within 2 days (actually ordered on a Sunday and it shipped on Monday with receipt on Wednesday. Unpluged the dryer. Used information from Parts select website to remove two screws from vent filter, used screwdriver to pop the top of dryer at each front corner, removed two long screws from the old switch and replaced the broken actuator on the switch with the new actuator received from Parts Select. Note: It was easier to remove old switch with the wires removed from terminals (just pull off), replacing the wires after securing the switch and actuator back in place. Piece of cake, wife happy, received her king of the roost reward :>)) This is also a good time to clean the lint filter area and the hoses to prevent one of those 16,000 annual dryer fires!!!

drilled a 7/16 diameter hole directly in the center of the two mounting holes filed it square big enough so as the spring tip fits thru now the door closes on the spring which actuates the switch looks and works perfect.

>removed 2 screws connecting the vent filter to the top lid of the unit (just in front of removable filter).
>Losing two screws at the back of the machine, just below control panel to allow free movement of the top lid on its hinges.
>Raise top lid & supported open.
>Now have free access to door switch (inside , front right fastened to front panel)
>removed the old switch
>fasten new switch (required new wire connector which was supplied with package) to existing wiring and replaced.
>Works perfectly!

Took top of d then dryer loose then replaced switch actuator put dryer top back in place. Not that hard.

I first noticed that the tab of the door switch snapped off so the safety on/off switch did not work when the door was closed. I temporarily taped the switch closed so I could use the dryer. I found the model number from the unit and easily found the schematic and part description from the website. I placed the order and had the part in a few days. Problem solved. Thank you

I noticed that the dryer door switch actuator spring/lever was broken on the door. I researched how to get the top of the dryer cover off, and I took apart the mechanism. I called a local repair shop and they wanted me to buy the whole unit instead of just the switch lever. So I did some research to find the part on the web, and I came across your site. It was very easy to navigate, and I fould the part easily. I saved about 66% by just ordering the lever and not the whole unit. I would without hesitation, buy parts from your website again. two screws on filter housing and then lift dryer to up like the hood of a car the two screws on actuator, be careful not to drop actuator, if you do use a magnet to retrieve, two screws back in then wire clip top of dryer down and two screws back into filter housing and your ready to dry clothes, not recommended but if you have to dry clothes while waiting for part a clamp on the switch will allow you to use dryer, but be extremely careful because dryer will not turn off when door is opened

I thought it might be a damaged switch but when I removed it I noticed a metal clip that was attached to it was broken. The pin on the door pushes against this clip when the door is closed which in turn opens the circuit on the switch. I looked up the model on this website and viewed the parts diagram. There I saw the part I needed and it was listed below along with the cost. Couldn't of been easier. Thanks!

Replaced the faucet adapter, works fine

Ordered a new Faucet Adapter! Simple

Found the adapter on Parts select through a google search. Unscrewed the existing faucet aerator and srewed in the adapter. The plastic shrink wrap holds the washer and screen in place, so don't open it until you're ready to install. Finger snug does it, only use the pliers to remover the old aerator from the faucet. Normally, I don't use pliers, but both of these parts were round and had vertical serrations to engare the plier teeth.

I unsrew the faucet head, and attached th e adapter

replace the water valve

Removed the old one installed the new one
