4 rubber snubbers were broke
After removing wash cover by unscrewing the 4 screws at the back, I disconnected the electric by pulling the plug connector, this makes for more room to get at the snubbers. Remove the ring that held the snubbers in place, replaced the 4 snubbers , replaced the ring, making sure the position is correct over the snubbers, replaced the cover. Very easy job

Old hot water inlet hose had budge at both ends.
Turn water off at the inlet valve of hose you are replacing. Disconnect inlet hose the washer and let water drain out in a bucket. Then remove old hose. Replace new hose to inlet valve then washer . Use pliers to tighten both ends. Turn on water to check leaks at both ends of hose.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

The drain hose was very old
My husband and a friend did the work. I was not there but was told that there was no problem. Everything is working well now.

Worn, leaking drain hose
It was a no-brainer repair. We removed the worn hose and replaced it with the new one. Only variable was that the new clamp was too big for our fitting, so we used the old one. The clamp was the only mechanical thing we did. The best part was the very prompt delivery of the new part and the help finding it from the rep at the company.
