The tub ring snaps over the top of the tub and creates a splash shield.

This gear case is for washers. The Gear case drives the agitator and spins the basket in the washer. Unplug the washer before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

This part rotates back and forth to move the clothes inside the tub.
