GE Profile Washer would not agitate but would still spin, etc.
I used the "belt" technique to remove the agitator. It was difficult at first to remove but after a few tugs on the belts that were looped under the plastic bottom, the agitator came up. Then I unscrewed the bolt holding the coupler. The agitator coupler kit purchased from PartSelect came with a new screw so I replaced the old coupler with the new one and fitted the new screw in it's place. I put the agitator dasher back on and then it worked perfectly.

Water would not shut off
This site is amazing. I entered my model# and described the issue and they identified the part. I watched the repair video once and made the repair in the same time as the video. One caution. Make sure you keep track of which wires came from which connection. Not a big issue but you don't want to get them switched.

Start knob on dryer broken
There really is not much to explain, the new knob was so simple to replace that my six year old could have done it. No tools were required and it took less than a minute to replace the new knob.

The cold water wouldn't shut off causing the washer to overflow
I removed the supply hoses, removed the screws holding the sheet metal control console in place exposing the dual water inlet valve. Removed the two screws holding the valve in place, removed each wire from the old valve attaching it to the matching connector blade on the new valve. Using pliers loosened the spring clamp holding the output hose to the valve and reattached the hose to the new valve. Then screwed the new valve to the washer and reattached the supply hoses. After running a test for leaks and that the valve functioned properly, I screwed the sheet control console back in place.

Washing machine did not agitate
My husband remove the agitator and found that it was worn. I googled the problem and one of the websites that came up was PartSelect. My husband watched the easy to follow video and had me order the Agitator Coupling Kit. It arrived in just two days. It took him 15 minutes to install and I started washing immediately. It cost us $13.22 and saved us $800 to $1200 if a new washing machine would of had to be purchased. The washer is 15 years old and now with this repair will hopefully continue to wash for a few more years! Thank you PartSelect!

Machine would not agitate. Everything else seemed to be working fine.
I removed the fabric softener cup and lifted up on the agitaotor till it slid off. I then removed the bolt that held the agitator coupling in place. I then worked the coupling off, wiggling it side to side until it slid off. Then I slid the new coupling on and replaced the bolt. Lined up the agitator and slid it back on. Then replaced the fabric softener cup. Job could not have been any easier.

Agitator is not turning
Agitator came off easily, but the agitator coupling was a little bit hard to remove. I have to yank it hard to be able to remove it. Putting the new part in is a bit hard too. I had to use a hammer to put it in. (with a piece of wood in between). Tried it with a small load and We're back in business. It was a pleasant experience to do business with you guys. Thanks for the quick turnaround.
