Wouldn't rinse, spin, or pump out the water
Ordered the part online from PartSelect and it arrived Friday morning just 3 days later to my front door. Removed 2 screws, disconnected 2 wires, screwed the new part into place, plugged in the new wires and it still didn't work. Looks like my washer is just too old. So . . . I called PartSelect, explained everything. Three days later a full refund was in my bank account. Shop PartSelect with confidence. I will be back!

Old lint filter was bent and screen torn.
Ordered a new lint filter around 2 pm and received it UPS the following day. Popped it in and we're good to go. Could not have been faster or easier!

Removing old felt and glue
After removing the old drum glide there was tufts of felt and glue left behind. The DIY video (which inspired me to try this repair myself) says to use a scraper and wire brush to clean the drum edge. I decided to try a drill with a wire wheel. Worked great. The surface was shining clean in minutes.

Clothes were getting stuck between machine body and drying drum, also there was a squeeking and a noise that sounded as if something was clanking around, like a coin.
I watched the great easy to follow video from PartSelect. Absolutely nothing unclear. I was able to open the top and disconnect the front panel in less than 10 minutes! Removed the old felt drum glide, scraped off any stuck felt and loose glue. Then glued the new pad in place, using 3 small clamps, like clothes pins. Let it set for about 15 minutes then put it all back together! I did forget to reattach the ground wire, so I had to open the lid back up for that. About 50 minutes total. Also I took the opportunity of having the front panel off to give the inside a good vacuuming, not a ton of lint but enough to go ahead and clean it out! Thanks for the help!

I followed the provided video precisely. Made the job quite easy. My only problem is I'm 6'2", 275 lbs. with bad knees. Can't go at it exactly as shown in the video because I can't squat down in front of the dryer without pain. Called in a neighbor of smaller stature for him to come from one side, and me from the other. Worked flawlessly. Video is excellent. I do recommend wearing gloves and/or long sleeve shirt. I cut up my arms a bit, but that could have been easily avoided.
