Broken door latch on front loader machine
The part was exactly what we needed and came sooner than we expected. It was easy to fix and we avoided hiring a repair man.

One part of the catch broke off from the main unit.
This repair was incredibly easy - I simply unscrewed the broken catch and installed the new one in its place, using the same screws. The entire process took about five minutes; the hardest part was finding a Phillips screwdriver in my house! Also, I commend Part Select for the prompt, courteous service. When I called, I was connected to an actual person - not a machine - who was very helpful, and the part arrived within 36 hours after the order, without any express mailing services.
