Agitator wasn't agitating
I reached under the agitator on two sides with my fingers and with one good upward yank the agitator came loose. I removed the agitator from the inside of the machine, I seen the Agitator Coupling was spinning in both directions so I felt that it may have been broken. I removed the one bolt hold the Agitator Coupling in place, I remove and inspected the Coupling and noticed that the spline was worn out. I cleaned the transmission spine that the Coupling slides over with a wire brush while using a shop vacuum to catch any loose debris. I installed new Agitator Coupling Kit slipped the Agitator back inside the machine over the coupling and pressed it down until it snapped into place. Job done. Machine works great.

Agitator broke
Replaced the Agitator Coupling. Ordering was very easy and I received the part the next day. It's good to know that there is a company that you could get parts from and receiving the part in such a short time. Thank you very much!!! :)

washer was making a screeching noise
Using the diagrams from the website, I was trying to determine the source of the noise. Thought I was losing the clutch, but then determined from your website that this model has no clutch. Turned out to be a couple of pieces from the agitator coupling had broken off, and were riding between the agitator and the tub. Cleaned out the plastic and the washer worked. Then ordered and replaced the coupling. Would have only taken about 15 minutes, but I dropped a screw down in the outer tub, and had to fish it out.

I lifted the agitator stragiht up. removed agitator coupling bolt w/pliers. went on Partselect.com to order replacement coupling, which supplied me with exploded diagrams, entered part number in box at the bottom of the screen and waited 2 days. It then took me less than 5 minitues to complete.

would not agitate
Popped the agitater off the coupler by using belt slipped under agitater and pulling up sharply. Unbolted coupler but it was stuck. Put agitater back on minus the bolt. Put a couple towels into washer ran a small load, soon as it started to agitate I could hear a sound and I found both pieces had came off the splined shaft. Hard part was over.

would spin but not agitate
I'm happy I looked at the motor spline while it was running and found it was not slipping. Thanks to GE having a parts list in the compartment behind the controls. I found the part name and number. A quick search of the part number came up with your web site. I payed less for the parts and shipping than driving around town would have cost in gas, much less my time. Thank you

Agitator Coupling Stripped Out, Machine Wouldnt Agitate
Placed hands fiemly on agitator, at bottom, gave a snug pull and removed it from machine, thus exposing the agitator coupling. The coupling is held to main shaft by 1 bolt(11 mm, I think). Removed it, pulled off stripped coulping, installed new, installed bolt, lined up splines on agitator and slid on untill it "clicked" back into place. All done.

Washer would not agitate
This model did not quite go as in the video on this site. The agitator just pulls up off the coupler. Removed the old, put on new, including new bolt that came with it, snapped the agitator back on, viola!
