Knob Broken
The knob had broken off a few months ago. I didn't think to look for one on the internet. I finally googled the brand name and part number and your company came up. It had the picture of the part which I ordered immediately. It came in the mail really quickly. I was so excited when I received the knob. I took it out of the package and slipped it over the stem in less than a minute. It went on perfectly. Now I no longer need to use pliers to turn on the dryer. It looks great and I am no longer inconvenienced. I love the new knob and would do business with this company again.

Dryer Start knob broken inside of stem.
Knob stem was split, leaving the metal bushing on the dryer's Start switch. Used pliers to remove metal collet. Aligned new knob to switch, and firmly pushed replacement part into place. Tested results and found it to be satisfactory.

Broke the knob.
I used a pair of pliers to turn my dryer on until I broke the center part where the knob went. I order the part that was in the dryer first and it came the next day. When it got here I realized I still needed the knob. It came the next day also. It took my handyman about 15 minutes to replace both and he also cleaned out all of the missing socks and other items behind my dryer. Good Job!

Original valve assem leaked by.
Removed two retaining screws and hose clamp. Removed old assem and installed new assem. After reassembly I plugged in washer and tested. Solenoid valves did not energize. Evidently the new valve coils are not the proper voltage. I placed the old coils on the new valve assembly and they work fine. I looked for voltage requirements on the old assembly before purchasing the new part, but they were not marked, nor could I find anything on the schematic diagram. The parts description on PartSelect did not mention voltage either. I called Sears Parts looking for the parts locally and was told that they were only sold online. They sales person sent me a picture of the replacement assembly. It was different from the OEM old assembly, therefore, I went with PartSelect, but in retrospect further investigation may have revealed the voltage difference.
