Tub dampening straps needed for repair
Check on internet on how to use a putty knife to remove the front panel (slip it into the crack between the top lid and front panel). Then you can see the straps that are broke, figure out which screws to remove to gently lift the top lid to get at the pieces holding the straps in. Pretty simple, just remember to unplug the machine before starting.

Two out of Four Straps were Torn
First I found out on the web how to open the washer's front cover.
For the strap in the front, it's relatively easy to replace a strep if your hands are somewhat flexible.
For the one in the back, I also needed to open the top dial panel, in order to lift the main lid connected to it, in order to then be able to reach one of the screws of the back strap. the other one of its screws I was able to reach from the front with a ratchet and extension from the front. Arms do get heavy from time to time, but overall it was manageable.

Washer not draining the water
1- Shut off water and unplug unit
2- Wedge flat head screwdriver in between front panel and side panel of washer and remove the front. (1 minute)
3- Get a towel and a bucket (if you still have water in it) and drain remaining water from back of washer first... Then be prepared for about 20oz more of water when disconnecting the old pump. (5 minutes)
4- disconnect old pump it will look slightly different then the one you bought! (3 minutes)
5- re attach new pump with the same hose clamps and reattach the front panel (5 minutes)
6- fill it with some water/ spin it out
15 minutes - 30 minutes tops!
Good luck Matt East Islip NY

Water Leaks
I pulled the top off of the washer and found that my leak was coming from a small hole in the hose and water inlet. I had to remove 2 small bolts and a hose clamp to remove the old part,I did the reverse to install new part.

Stopped agitating
I was going to replace the washer. .. I am a cabinet maker and pretty good at what I do. I have to admit before seeing the video I was out of my comfort zone with this repair. I was shown not only the part needed and that you folks had the part in your inventory on hand. I was pleased to see how inexpensive it was $7.40. I had it shipped for $8.70. I ordered online at 2 pm. the part arrived the next day at 1 pm. AMAZING!. I spent ten minutes making the repair. The machine is now back to it's like new self! Regards, MichaelAndrews.biz

Washer would finish a cycle and the water would not drain the tub.
I took off the front of the washer with two screw drivers. Removed the hose clamps with the pliers then removed the two screws with the nut driver and changed out the pump. Nothing to it. Easy fix, it works like new for $45 and 15 minutes.
