Coke can exploded when dropped and some got on the switch making it stick in off positionmaking thehe switch stik
Pried the switch on the bottom with a flathead screwdriver, twisted it and the switch came out far enough to take it out by hand. The bottom of the switch has to be raised upward a little because the connectors are on top of the switch. Changed the wires from the old switch to the new one, one at a time. Insert the new switch. Saved a repair call, and probably a more expensive switch. Less then 15 minutes.

Freezer worked well, refrig. always a bit warm
First thing I did was un-plug the fan motor located in the freezer compartment and test it for voltage, which it had, telling me the fan motor was shot.I ordered the parts, they arrived in short order and the fan motor was replaced. It took little time and there were no levers, pulleys, servos, gobs of wiring or stacks of gears in a maze of bearings to deal with. Unplug the unit, remove the food rack, ice cube maker(just loosen the 2 screws and lift up)remove the air channel in the center as well as the back panel. Unplug the fan motor and remove the screws securing the motor bracket and lift out. Very simple.

Baffle broke off inside the washer
You probably won't want to publish this but it worked. The baffle on the GE washer I have required a complete tear down of the machine's front and outer waterproof drum to get a tiny little screw out. Very poor design if you ask me. And, I was not about to pay a technician for a massive overhaul to get a 3/8" long stainless screw off the broken remains of the baffle. So, I measured how far over the screw was from the pipe that feeds detergent, softener and bleach into the drum. I drilled a 3/8" hole in the outer drum. After removing the screw and installing the new baffle (which took all of about 2 minutes), I put a 3/8" hole plug I bought at Lowes into the hole with two part plastic epoxy. Then I covered the entire hole plug with a crown of epoxy. Five minutes later when the epoxy set, I ran a load of clothes. It ran perfectly and did not leak. I know. I know. This is not what you would recommend to your readers but it worked. I was brought up fixing everything around the home and any effectie shortcut was/is used. Oh,by the way, if you know which GE engineer thought up the design for this baffle installation, whack him on the head once.

The fan in the freezer was making noise.
I followed the instructions in the video. The decorative parts were slightly different than in the video, such as screws at the top versus the bottom, but all of the working parts were the same. I was somewhat hesitant about applying pressure to remove the locking spring and fan blades and to replace them but the video reassured me and all went well. The refrigerator is operating as quietly as when it was brand new.

Light Switch stopped working
Used screw driver to lightly remove the old switch. Disconnected the 2 electrical leads to the old switch, then I connected those leads to the new switch. The light immediately came back on and I placed the switch into its housing hole and popped it in place. It works perfectly now. My wife said "let there be light"! Very easy installation. Thanks.

fan hung up and made a lot of noise, the shaft to fan blade had 1" play back and forth
I first watched the video on how to do it via YouTube, to make sure there were no hidden surprises. This was probably the easiest/ quickest repair I have ever done, the ONLY thing that took any time was removing the food from the freezer

Light switch broken on inside of refrigerator door
The light switch was accidentally broken. I looked it up on your site and found the part. I ordered it and switched it out in a matter of minutes. It also helped having people who purchased their switches from the site explain how they repaired their switches with relative ease.
