Bolt broke in half
Removed the center agitator to clean it - had black mold and pink soap scum buildup underneath that you couldn't see or clean without taking it apart. Removed the bolt with ease. Upon tightening the bolt back in place, the bolt sheared in half, leaving the lower half threaded in place and the head in the socket. Had to use a drill bit and drill out the lower half of the bolt completely. Ordered the replacement bolt and reassembled everything in less than 5 minutes. Replacement part was perfect - hopefully it lasts longer than the original bolt.

The washer did not drain. It also did not click or sound like the drain cycle was being engaged.
Emptied the washer, took the back cover off, tipped it foward, unplugge the old pump, remove two mount bolts. The replaced the new pump. The new pump resolved the issue.

The washer would fill with water then stop.
Open up the top of the washer per instructions. Remove the old switch and wiring harness. Install the new wiring harness and switch. The instructions that were provided are very descriptive so the installation went flawlessly. The switch has been redesigned and looks to be more robust than the original. The washer now works like new.

Washer would not drain after a load of wash
Being a woman I had to figure out tipping it in its front. I put it on a dollie and drop it down real easy.
Removed all water lines after water was shut off.
Removed bolts. Removed bolts on plate to the right to unplug old pump.
Plugged in new one and replaced all bolts, hoses and tipped her back up. Works like a charm and I saved $408 by doing it myself!!!!!

Washer would not empty when it hot drain cycle
Once I determined it was the drain pump, (by taking off the drain hose and letting it empty by gravity, then running the spin cycle which worked ok) I ordered the part, got confirmation from PartSelect.com that it would fit my washer. I removed the old pump taking out the 6 screws needed to hold it and the cover in place and unplugged the electric connector. I installed the new pump from PartSelect.com using the same cover and 6 screws and electric connector. I reconnected the drain hose and the washer has worked perfectly since then!

the machine was spinning after a load was done,
any electrical device unplug the power cord. I followed the instructions the best I could understand them. but once the part was removed I took pics from my cell phone of how the wiring ran, and also what other connections I had to undo. all connections were made, connected the hot n cold hoses, plugged into the washer no beeps or sounds as before opened the hot n cold water valves, and the tub was being filled with water. could not turn on the washer, no lights or beeps... so I gave up I spent too much time on this machine and money too, hope to get an RMA for the Lid Switch assembly

washer would make noise when it was spinning and sometime it would not spin out
I contacted parts select and entered washer information and asked them if they thought they would now what the problem was and and they responded with a answer and also a list of two parts that they thought might take care of the problem. I ordered the parts, looked on u tube to see how to change them and replaced both parts .I think the clutch was good but the drive belt was stretched and needed replaced.Know it works great.

Installation instructions came with the parts, which were very helpful.
There are two lid clips on the front side of the top and a narrow blade putty knife works great to release the clips. There are 4, 1/4 in hex head screws in the back area of the top, two on each side. Two are in the console and two are under the console.
Pay attention to the orange pressure switch hose, when lifting the Console, can pull this hose off, this hose can be pulled off easily. The lid/lock switch is easy to remove, once the Bezel is removed, then slide the switch to the left it will release. Remove and unplug the harness. The new lid/lock switch clips back in the same manner it was removed. Important! When the new switch arrives it may not look like the old one.
