Washer would not agitate.
Watched the video. Followed the instructions. This has to be one of the best sites I have ever encountered. Even a caveman could fix the problem after watching the video.

old washer knob
Removed clip from knob and pulled out old knob.Then got new knob and installed with the new clip ,very easy job.

Fitted sheet got stuck under the agitator
Reach down and grab the base of the agitator with both hands and yank up with slightly more pressure on the left or right, whichever side you prefer. This will break loose the holding clamps/pull straight up. To re-install: align slots and push down until it snaps. Simple as that.

Knob was broken could not adjust water level
First removed tub comming from Tub and removed srcew to replace. Has to twist part out of slot to remove installed in reversed order. Really easy to do.

Control set knob no longer turned the setting dial
I reviewed the service guide on Partselect and was able to take the old knob off the washer and say that the teeth on the knob had worn off, I called in and ordered the part on Saturday and the part was delivered in Wednesday, within 2 minuets from getting home from work the washer was fixed. My wife was ready to go out and buy a new washer when it only cost a little over $13.00 to get it fixed.

Knob didn't turn easily, pressure needed
Using screwdriver and pliers removed old knob; replacement snapped on easily.

the water, not get out (drain)

Control Knob Would Not Select Function Desired
Removed retaining clip for knob and removed knob. Installed new knob and clip. Thats it, everything works as reqired.

Washer would not drain on any cycle
Use flat head screw driver to push in clips that hold on front panel.
use plyers to remove hose clamps on motor and remove hoses.
use nut driver and remove two screws holding bracket in place. disconnect two wire plugs.
Install motor and work above in reverse.
very simple 15min job at most.

Washed my daughter's toys and broke the agitator
Unpacked the agitator from the box. Manually pulled off the old agitator and snapped on the new one. Total repair time was under 2 mins. Much better than a $120 service call.

Plastic knob had worn and would not turn dial
Removed old knob. Inspected timer and dial. At first it looked like I would need 3 parts Knob, dial and timer. Timer and dial were back orderd and knob was shipped. After I recieved the knob I tried it and the problem was solved. Part select canceled the rest of the order and credited it back to my charge card. Great customer service!

Plastic teeth on the old knob wore out, poor design.
Removed the old knob and installed the new one. Probably will need replacement again in another 3 years..

Washing machine quit pumpig the water out.
Removed the old one and installed the new pump, by removing the front cover and disconnect everything.
