The Washer and Dry knobs were broke
Just push the new knobs on slot. Very simple process. The best part is that it was relatively cheap and the shippping to my home was fast. Thanks.

Knob was broken
No tools was required. Last month the knob broke on my washer. I done a Google search and parts select came up. I felt comfortable ordering online from them because of their reputation. I got the part faster than I expected....my wife was happy too!

My Dryer Knob Cracked and would not turn.
I received the Dryer knob in the mail the next day. All I had to do was slip it on. Very easy installation.

selector knob would not turn on tne dryer
i took the old knob off and put the new one on. it took about 10 seconds. it was simple.the service dept. was extremely helpful in getting the right knob. it was delivered the very next day. i would definitly recommend this company to anyone who has a parts problem.....

Knobs Do Not Fit Securely
Took broken knobs off and replaced with new ones. Only one fit snuggly; the other two are raised and wobbly.

Knob that turns on the dryer had been broken for over 4 years.
It is so great to be able to turn my dryer on now without using my bare hand to turn the shaft that the knob was to go on. Nothing needed other than pushing knob in place. I so wish I had thought of looking online for a replacement part 4 years ago. Thanks!

Washer would flood out the floor now and then
One day the washer would spill water out on the floor then it would be fine for a week and do it again.Finally it broke,i ordered the new drain pump and installed it in just a few minutes,Hose clamps were a pain,it works just fine now,I would say replace the clamps while you are doing this ,it would make it much easier .Hope this helps !

bad rumble when running
released hold down clips on top and removed two screws at the bottom of the front panel and firmly pushed down on the panel to release it exposing the motor drive assembly and idler tension pulley i released tension on the drive belt removed the pulley from the assembly replaced it with the new pulley including the pressure washer which keeps the pulley stable realigned the belt and replaced the front cover and closed the top. done.
