Washer water pump motor won’t shut off after cycle ends. Will only stop when machine is unplugged. All other functions seem to work OK.

Hi Mark, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the control board can enter a safety "flood mode" because its internal sensor falsely detects water or its internal power relay has physically welded shut. These failures keep electrical voltage flowing to the drain pump constantly, overriding the end-of-cycle command. You may need to replace the control board, part number FIX16744865. We hope this solves your problem!

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.

Hub had warn its grooved teeth off and washer wouldnt agitate
ordered hub and it shipped quickly. I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand. Buttoned it back up and got caught up on laundry. good day when the washer is fixed.

Intermittent Starts and washer not going through the cycles properly
Pulled the washer away from the wall to get adequate space. Unplugged the power cord. Place the drain line from the wall into the washer's interior to prevent spills. Removed the plate behind the washer and the control panel using a nut driver. Took a picture so I knew where all the plugs go after installation. Then, I unplugged all wires that went into the control board. Then, I removed the control board while using needle-nose pliers to depress the restraint clips. Reassembled everything in the reverse order.
