Raised washer. Identified problem. Removed from panel, gaining access to drain pump. Removed hoses, replaced pump. NOTE: I used blue Loctite on pump mounting bolts. Reinstalled from panel, lowered washer, cleaned drum. Ran one (1) cycle with hot water and bleach ONLY.

Pulley Bearings Siezed; Pump Quit
Turned it over to my 35-year old son who removed pump and pulley assembly and the old drive belt, then simply replaced with new assembly and belt from PartSelect! Could not have been easier - from my viewpoint.

Water would not drain and tub would not spin.
I had to raise the top of the washer and take off the front pannel. It was not too hard to replace the pump except that it was in the back corner and it was hard to reach the bolts to remove and install the new pump.

Bearing on pump making noise and would go out soon.
I diagnosed the bearing by putting a 3/4 inch rubber hose up to my ear. I pointed it around until isolating the noise to the pump. The bearing was not servicable without replacing the pump. After diagnosing the problem I ordered the part. Getting the part from PartSelect.com was a snap. It arrived in one day. In 15 minutes I had it back to gether and working quiet and smooth.

Belt was frayed and pump was leaking.
I removed the back panel and then removed the old pump. After attaching the new pump I flipped the machine and attached the new belt. I put everything back together and voila, the machine works.

Had some difficulty placing pulley back in place
Laid washer on its side, released five of the six tub springs, then removed the dive belt and the main pulley. With some effort removing the old snubber ring, placed the new snubber in place. After fighting with the large spring under the pulley I was able to replaced the six screws with the help of an assistant. Replaced the pulley, belt and the five springs. Closed the unit up and placed all the hoses back in place. I was amazed at how smooth the washer functioned with no vibration at all! Thank You.

Washer shook and danced on basement floor
I found on-line that replacing the snubber ring may fix the problem and ordered the part. With the instructions also downloaded I started taking the washer apart. Without the instructions the task would have been more difficult and possibly disastrous as I might have taken the bolts out that tighten down the snubber ring. All went well with a little patience. The washer works good.

My washer had stopped turning. It wouldn't wash or spin but the moter was still working.
We're not repair people. So when calling around for the replacement belt no one had it. Everyone said that the belt went to a dryer. We simply inspected the machine. Located the worn belt which was on the bottom of the washer machine went online and ordered the belt. Thank you so much you guys really saved me. I will always recommend you all to everyone that I know. Your system works Great! Thanks Part Select!

Worn bearings on pump, awful screeching noise
Unplug. Open the front panel (2 clips, 2 hex head metal screws), remove the two hose clamps and hoses from the pump, remove 3 hex head screws holding the pump...bingo.. in with the new pump, hoses and panel go back....put the drive belt back on...the wife is back in buisness.. Note to all husbands out there, mess up on a few loads of laundry (mix red with white and her unmentionables turn a hideous pink) and you never have to do laundry again !!!!
Tip to all, if you have a wet-vac, attached it to the discharge hose of the washer to remove the standing water in the pump.

Right part, right price, delivered right on time Thank you Parts Select
