Limit Thermostat had burned out due to high temp of self cleaning mode
1) Removed the trim pieces (2 screws). 2) removed the 2 screws holding the oven in the wall. 3) Slid the oven out of the wall cabinet 4) removed the back panel of the oven ( 10 screws. 5.) removed the old thermostat (2 nuts) 6.). Installed the new thermostat and reversed steps 4-1

The element had burned up.
Unplugged old element unit and plugged in new element. Took two needle nose pliers and a flexible body. Took about 5 minutes. Works fine. Anybody can do it. Make sure power is off at the box.

replaced lower blower of a double wall oveno
Easily, Removed the oven with help of my grandson, this model is quite heavy. Open the back cover panel, removed the old blower. replaced with the new blower, covered with the back protective panel. About one hour because some screws much harder to reach.

The video gave me the confidence to order the part
The tech said he used No 2 Phillip's. Once I took the door off and removed the racks I quickly learned a Phillips was not going to work. I am now the proud owner of a Kobslt star and square ratchet screwdriver.

After using self cleaning feature oven wouldn't heat
I looked up the problem and determined I needed to replace the limit switch which is inside the back panel. As a 78 year old woman who isn't afraid to tackle these problems I found this easier than most. Just be sure to disconnect the electrical connection if you don't have long enough length to pull oven from the wall cabinet. I won't put any sheet pans in the oven next time I self clean it.

The oven was over heating because it wasn’t reading the temperature
Pulled the stove out, unscrewed the back and plugged the new thermostat in. Screwed the back back on

The bottom heating element of the wall oven burned out and needed replacement.
You will need a screwdriver and two pieces of duct tape (very important) before you start.
Unscrew the plate that attaches and keeps the element in place to the oven wall. If the screws are rusty, replace those too at this time.
Very gently pull the element and the wires out into the oven cavity. Do not tug. Gently remove one wire from the burnt element and use a piece of tape to stick it to the oven wall. If you lose the wire or if it slips back into the hole in the wall, you are in trouble. Repeat with the other wire. Now assemble the new element in the reverse order, one connector at a time. Screw back the holding plate, and you are done. Takes less than 10 minutes to complete and your oven will be as good as new.

The Bake Element burn and stop heating up

broken inside glass

Terminal block arc'ed because a wire had become loose.
Ordered and received the terminal block. Installed it along with a new 220V power cord and the appropriate insulator . Ensured the terminals were tight with a nut driver. Reinstalled cover. Then, using the control panel, I did a function check on all the heating elements, clock, oven light, to satisfy all operational requirements. All checked good! And, I was relieved that the control panel had not been shorted out as the terminal block was due to a loose connection. Easy fix.

Oven door would not close tightly to turn off the oven light
I follow the directions on the Maytag site. It is a very simple job. I appreciate the Information I got from Becky when ordering the hinges.

Cracked in oven door glass
Read the instructions in installation manual to remove door. Kept removing screws. Was surprised to find two panes of glass between the inner glass and the outer glass. Cleaned all the glass (4) and the inside of the door. Looks brand new. Be careful with the insulation; be sure it is pushed back or it will show from the outside.
