When the oven was on we noticed the bake element had a 1 inch section that was bright red. Upon closer inspection, after the oven was off and the element cool, corrosion like damage was apparent where the element had been bright red.
Naturally the oven turned was off but for added safety I also set the breaker protecting the oven to the off position. Where the element attaches to the oven there is a small plate with two screws holding the element in position. Remove these two screws and then gently pull the element out 2-3 inches, which will expose the electrical connection. Using needle nose pliers gently pull on one of the wires to remove it from the element. Now remove the other and discard the old element. Simply plug the new element into those wires and screw the plate back into the oven. Now turn the breaker back on and you're done. Super easy!

The bottom element of the oven stopped working, therefore, we could not bake anything.
First, I turned the breaker off to the oven, that's the most important step.
Next, I turned on the oven to make sure the oven was not energized.
I then took out two phillips screws that were holding the baking element in place.
Next I pulled the element out slowly to expose the wires that connected to the element.
I removed the connecters, took out the damaged element, replaced it with the new element.
Last, I screwed the two phillips screws back in, and saved a $65.00 service call.

The baking element had burned out
First, turn the breaker off to the oven, you don't want to electrocute yourself. There are two screws that hold the element to the back wall of the oven, undo those and pull the element towards you. There are two terminals at each end of the element, take these off, then reattach to the new element and screw back in to the back wall of the oven. This process takes maybe all of five minutes

Bake element sparked & smoked, then wouldn't work.
Turned off circuit breaker for oven. Unscrewed the 2 screws that held the element in place on the back wall of the oven. Save those screws! Pulled the element out from the wall. Disconnected the 2 wires. Attached the wires for the new element and then screwed the new element into the back wall. Flipped the circuit back on and the oven was fixed.

bottom burner in oven not working
Super simple, and the part arrived less than 48 hours after buying it online. I turned off the breaker to the oven and unscrewed the burner at the bracket holding it to the back wall of the oven. After pulling out the wires, all you do is tug at the two connectors and they detach. Just slide the new burner's connectors in, then screw it back into place. My arms aren't quiet long enough to reach all the way back there, so I got my son to help and I held the flashlight for him. Had it done before my husband got home from work!

heat element burnt out
First I unpluged the stove, then I removed the two screws that hold the heat element in place. Then I pulled the heat element out a couple of inches and disconnected the two wires.
I just plugged in the new element wires, pushed the element in place and replaced the screws.
It only took about 10 minutes at the most.

Element went bad
I read other repair stories before I completed the instillation and let me tell you that in it's self was a great help.

Very easy to install two screws in the front but you must first remove the wires behind the oven otherwise you may damage the wires by pulling them through.

Part was on order and I still received it within three days.

You guys are the best, I recommend the site to all of my friends and family.
