I removed the two screws that hold the element in place and then I pulled the element out and slid off the contacs and it was disconnected in less than two minutes. When it arrived I installed the new one the same way in less than 2 or 3 minutes and while I waited for thepart to arrive I got a chance to clean my oven and so all is well, I am very pleased with my purchase. I ordered part from Part Select, which literally arrived in 2 days. I unscrewed the two (2) screws holding the old bake element in the oven. Pulled out the element and detached the wires connected to the element, which was easily done without any tools. Attached those wires (again easily by hand with no tools) to the new bake element and screwed the two (2) screws back in. The whole process including ordering the part online, unpacking the box and installing took 15 minutes. Wonderful and in time for my wife and daughter to bake Christmas cookies!

Could not believe that the part was here the next day! Install was simple,just connect the wires and screw it in.

I order the part on 7/29 and much to my surprise, it arrived the very next day. It took less than 15 minutes to remove the old element and installed the new one. It was a little difficult to unplug the old one and took quite a bit of pulling but it came out okay. Plugging in the new one and screwing on the cover plate was easy.

Simply remove two phillips screws, unplug and replug. Thanks to the quality parts I bought here it saved me $65.00 on the part alone. Locally $85.00 plus shipping.

Removed the two sheet metal screws holding the element, Unplugged the contacts and plugged and fastened the new element.

removed the old one replaced the new one every thing works like new. THANKS

1) Turn off the power at the circuit panel!
2) Remove 2 screws at the back of the bake element.
3) Gently pull the element out about 6 inches.
4) "Unplug" two wires from the back of the element.
5) Do the same in reverse to put the new element back in.
6) Turn the power back on.
7) Done!

removed old bake element (remove two screws, disconnect two wires. install new element connect wires, replace screws to hold in place. turn on oven to be sure it works.

I unscrewed the two screws holding the element in place and disconnected the two wires. Removed the element from the oven and replaced with the new one. Plugged in the two wires and replaced the two screws that secures the element to the back of the oven. Turned on the oven to test and turned back off when satisfied everything was O.K. Easy job.

Removed 2 screws on heating element mount plate. Pulled out heating element 3 inches and used needle nose pliers to remove the 2 connector clips. Reconnected connector clips by hand to new heating element. Put heating plate back into original position and reinstalled 2 mount screws.

Funny, I suppose. We decided to buy a new stove given the old age of the old one. Problem is, on delivery day it wasn't delivered and we discovered that there wasn't even one in the warehouse. At that point we got ticked and decided to look into the problem. The website led us right to the problem. We ordered, the part arrived the next day and the replacement was simple. Just unscrew the holder inside the over, unplug the old element and plug in the new. I needed needle nose pliers because one of the wires slipped behind the insulation. We also bought a thermometer and found that the calabration was right on the money. Happy campers... we saved $400.
