Oven not heating to bake items.
I removed the igniter by first removing the oven racks then the oven pan and oven catch pans. I open the lower draw to the oven and removed the drawer. I reached back under the oven and clipped the wires that run to the igniter and striped a half inch of plastic to expose the wire. I removed the igniter from the burner and replaced with new igniter. I then fed the wires back through the hole the cut wires came out of and used the wire nuts supplied to connect. Replaced other parts in reverse order and tested. Works great.

Oven Not Working but, Roaster and Burners work
The repair was easy and not very time consuming. It didn't take very long to fix the problem and thanks to this site, I was able to save the money I would have spent if a repair technician came out to do the same work. Now I can afford Christmas and cook too!

Oven bottom burner would not light
I removed the bottom drawer, disconnected the wires and then using the socket driver removed the screws holding the burner in place from below. I then unscrewed the bottom plate of the oven from the top so I could get to the burner. I unscrewed the one screw still holding the burner in place. Disconnected the old igniter and then cut the cables at an appropriate length so I could re-use the connectors on new igniter. Spliced together using wire nuts provided, mounted new igniter to burner, put it all back together and it fired up like it was new.

oven igniter quit working
I removed the oven grates and removed 2 screws that held the bottom pan in the oven to get easy access to the burner and igniter. Remove 2 screws that held the burner in place. Removed wire nuts. Removing burner allowed easy access to fasteners holding ignitre in place. Confirmed that the igniter was bad by checking the continuity. Ordered part later in the evening from parts select. Part was here 2nd morning after I ordered it. Installed, and checked to make sure igniter wasworking properely. When check confirmed igniter was working, replace oven components. Saved myself $100 or more by doing it myself rather than having a repairman out.

Gas oven stopped working (no heat).
The range still worked and the broiler still worked. I noticed that the ignitor for the broiler turned on and glowed a short time after starting the broiler. I dissembled the floor of the oven (just two screws) and tried the same for the oven, but the ignitor did not start or glow. I ordered the part. It was sent withing two days. It was easy to replace and the oven has worked well since. I recommend ordering the attachment fixture as well, in that taking apart the one that held the old ignitor immediately stripped a screw and I ended up bending the fixture and having to reshape it (the small extra cost will be very well worthwhile!)

Oven Igniter failure
This site provides excellent instructions and saved a lot of time and effort.
Replacing the part only requires basic skills and attention to detail. The kit I received included ceramic wire nuts to splice the new igniter to the old connections. Be sure to leave enough wire to mke the connections properly.

Broiler worked but oven would not
I first read and printed out several postings on how others did the job. I read and re-read them and then I started. I cut power to stove and left gas on. I removed door, pushed back and removed bottom burner cover. I exposed the igniter which I deduced was the problem. I removed the front burner screw and the rear screws (2) and the burner came out very easy. I removed the igniter from the burner, made sure which wire went where (I marked them)an snipped them. I used the ceramic caps and spliced the wires. I replaced the burner and turned on the power. I turned the oven knob on and "Viola", the igniter came on and burner came to life. I replaced every thing in reverse order and called it "done". It was so easy with the postings on this subject.

The oven would not heat.
We found the part right away from the diagram provided by your web site. We located the part number easily, paid on line and received in part in two days. My husband fixed it. It was relatively easy. Saved us money to pay someone to fix it. It could easily cost us more than $200.
