End cap broke to the oven door
I took the old cap off, and replaced it with the new one. I am glad I had the sense to buy this online, If I had gotten a repairman to fix this, it probably would have costs $100.00 instead of the $17.00 it cost me to fix it myself. Thanks.

Baking Element wouldn't heat but the broiler worked fine.
First I turned off the power at the fuse box, then removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires and replaced with the new element. Very Easy!

Door handle end cap got brittle and broke on oven door.
Slide oven door off slides and put oven door on table. Removed 2 torx-20 screws from top of oven door on the inside. Remove 4 sheet medal screws from the bottom of door 1/4' socket heads. The inside of the door will now separate from the front of door. Now you can see 2 screws on each side of the door handle end caps on 1/4 " socket heads. Remove the 2 screws on which ever side is broken and remove old end cap and side new one on an install 2 screw. When you put door back together there are 2 spring steel spacers that fall off the top 2 screws that hold the inside and outside at the proper space! Parts Select service is EXCELLENT!!!!!

Burned out broiler element
After getting the part from PartSelect, which only took 2 days to get here and was in great condition and matched perfectly. I went to the customers house, shut off the power to the oven, removed the 2 screws holding in the element, pulled the element out and removed the leads. Took the new element and put the leads on the contacts, pushed the wires and leads back into the hole and screwed in the 2 screws. Went outside and turned the breaker back on, went and turned the oven on to broil, waited a few seconds and it heated up perfectly, and the customer was real happy. She said it was great that she could bake again. Thank you guys for sending the right part in a timely manner and good condition, it keeps my customers happy and keeps me in business. Joe

Broiler element would not heat
After turning off power, I removed the two screws and pulled the element and wires out, removed the wires and then attached them to the new element and replaced the screws. However, this did NOT correct the problem. The broiler did not work until I tried several times turning it on and off. It then worked once but then did not. It worked once more after several tries. I then called a repairman suspecting the control board. He confirmed this and tested the old element which was in good working order after all. A new board has been ordered.

left end cap for oven door
First, the order was shipped and delivered immediately. The model number had a wider range to select from and I had to guess which was the better fit. Other then that the new handle installation was a snap. Thank you and we would surely order from your company again.
