When the trimmer heads spins it quickly starts making a horrible chattering noise like a bearing has worn out in the head assembly somewhere. I can not find a parts breakdown that shows any of the parts in that portion of this tool.

How to replace the auxiliary handle

Hi Michael, thank you for the question. To install the auxiliary handle, you may need to follow these instructions. 1. Press in on the auxiliary handle adjustment buttons on both sides of the upper housing. 2. Position the auxiliary handle and partially push the auxiliary handle on so it will hold the buttons in when you release them with your hand. 3. Push the auxiliary handle completely onto the housing and position it slightly until it snaps into place. We hope this information helps!
