First, after re-reading your descriptions here on your site ( it took clues from each of them) I unplugged the refrigerator and began on the only day my husband was out of town. The two selector knobs came off easily fingers only. The plate came off with only a slight prying with a screwdriver (it is intended to snap off this way). Loosening the screws and removing them in order to remember which order they returned proved to be a challenge. After disassembly, pulling the thermostat out of the tubing and replacing it with the new one without bending it was hard to do also. The refrigerator runs like new, and may run another eleven years! The refrigerator had to be pulled away from the wall far enough to permit the door to open fully, but no tools were needed and no difficulty was encountered. Removed the old drawer and discarded it. Inserted the new drawer and closed the humidifier vent. Pushed the refrigerator back in place. Job done.

To get the broken end cap off of the retainer bar, hold the retainer bar still and pull the broken end cap straight off on a line that is parallel with the retainer bar, and with a little tugging. Might even have to tap the end cap lightly. Slide the new cap back on to the retainer bar and then put the end cap back into the door slot by putting the bottom of the end cap into the slot first by tilting the upper part back a little, then pushing down on the end cap to get it down into the slot far enough to let the upper part go in. Then adjust the end cap up slightly to cause it to snap into place.

Simple fix. I watched the video it was great.

I removed the screws holding the handle pieces to the refrigerator, then put the new handle in place and screwed in the screws.

All I had to do was remove the screws at the top of the refrigerator door that hold the top hinge and once that was done I lifted up on the door and it came off. I then flipped the door upside down and was able to replace the door cam on the door and the other cam on the bottom hinge of the refrigerator. Once replaced, I put the door back on and put the screws back in on the top hinge of the refrigerator door. Works great now!

Went online with the model number, the part was very easy to find, diagrams helped me to have confidence in the choice. Parts came in two days, tore them open and used a screw driver to replace the broken shelf brackets, replaced shelves, I am a happy camper!!

Removed the top hinge cap. Removed the 3 screws with a nutdriver. Lifted the door off of the bottom hinge and placed it on it's side. Then I removed both closing cams (one screw holding each). Clean the area then replaced each cam. I put some vaseline on the bottom cam and replaced the door. 4-5 minutes not counting removing and replacing the food inside the door shelves. I'm 56 years old and have always done most of my own handywork. I don't remember any job going so smooth and fast! Ever!

Simply slid the crisper pan into the guides.

I myself unwrapped the plumbers tape I had holding the shelf and retainer bar ends together until I received the replacement part. I snapped the retainer bar into the door and yahoo, all fit and was snug and I now have two replaced working shelves. It was great! Thank you for ALL that your site did!!

I pulled the socket out and unplugged the wires. I replaced the light socket by plugging in the wires and snapping the light socket into place. A very simple fix.

I removed one bolt and took out the old roller after first blocking up the fridge. Then I was puzzled for a moment because the hole in the new assembly was not tapped. But then I saw that the old bolt was a self tapping bolt. I used it to tap the hole then removed it and installed the new assembly. No sweat job.
