taped the door shut ,measured a block of wood and stuck it under the door for support.....unbolted bottom hinge,slipped on hinge bracket and reassembled.no muss no fuss.

Popped the old one out with a kitchen knife and popped the new one back in. It tool less than 15 seconds!!

My owners manual said to unplug fridge from elec outlet, use a kitchen knife to gently pry off the switch plate
(manual had a pictoral example), unclip the two wire, replace with on new switch and replace the switch. Close
door and plug back in. Open door to check that the lite
works. Walla! It did. Thanks!

Pulled refrigerator out so door would open all the way.Removed broken shelf and slide new shelf into slot at crisper drawer's.

Looked up the process on you yube and watched the repair video from the parts website

I pried the old one out with a screw driver and pushed the new one in. I expected instructions in the box it came in but there were none.

Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Please bear in mind I am 65 years old & it was harder to get up & down off the floor then to change the switch. Was very easy - watched video, unplugged unit. I used the putty knife at the right front corner to work loose, when it came loose had to loose the left side a little. The unit pulled out easily. detached the wired that had a single plug with 2 prongs on it. Attached the plug, pushed new switch into place. There was no way you could place wires on wrong prong. When done, plugged refrigerator back in & checked if working. I CAN SEE THE LIGHT and the food in the freezer now. Thank you for making an easy repair.

I watched the video and thought "I can do this". Made some notes and then proceeded to remove the old switch and replace with the new one. Thank you.

I have never before seen a bulb with the filament intact not light. If the bulb's filament seems intact, screw the bulb into a known working lamp and see if it lights. When screwing it back into the socket in the fridge, it takes a bit of extra effort to fully seat (until it does, it won't light!). For replacing the switch, I unplugged the unit, used a paint scraper and worked it under the switch bezel from the right side. A bit of moxie, and the switch came out. The replacement switch had a different spade contact spacing than the original. I used a pair of scissors to cut the rubber bridge between the two switch wire connectors so I could connect to the new switch. In the end, it turned out to be the bulb. NOTE: The Model TC18KL is _not_ listed! What I finally found that the number "P7803211WL" on the sticker is actually a manufacturing code. Found this out by searching, and Sears' part search came up with matches.

took out the old fill tube installed the new one and its working great. I really did not think that was going to be the problem thought it would be more than that but it was not. It took about 7min to change thanks for the fast shipping I will use you in the future.

googled the model of ice maker and refrigerator, ordered replacement ice maker from Part Select. Received next day, installed it in 10 minutes and it worked like a charm.

I removed a few items from the freezer to make room. Husband took out the old ice maker. (We were sure it would require moving the refrigerator out which would have been a huge undertaking given the tight fit) To start he simply replaced the ice maker with the new one. I started watching...and even though it says that it will take up to 24 hours to make ice, it began making ice probably within an hour! After about 6 batches, I threw those out. (just in case there was anything in the line that would contaminate the cubes)It is obvious that the old one had not worked properly for a long time! The ice container is full to almost over-flowing! It has not been this full in a very long time, as I use ice every day! Simple fix! And might I add...LIGHTNING FAST DELIVERY!! It was here in two days! We are thrilled!!!!!

I watched your repair video, read the instruction enclosed with the icemaker and made the repair in about 15-20 minutes. There is an issue that others need to be aware of once the water pump is repaced and the tubing is connected and the icemaker is installed and turned back on; it take 20-30 minutes to pump the air out of the line and the for the water to actually fill the the fill tray (you made the install correctly, the delay in filling is not covered by either the video or the book just be patience don't disconnect and reconnect anything it will eventually fill and make ice and less than 48 hours). This vendor offers 4 star customer service at a fair and resonable price (I priced the parts separately prior to purchase and the kit is the way to go). I received the product within 3 days, shipped groung delivery. I would use your products and online service advice for installation on other appliances in the future if needed. Very easy to replace. Disconnect water line. remove 2 screws pull out filler tube. replace with new one.
