Hinge bracket between refrig and bottom freezer had broken. This is the part which keeps the door from opening too far.
After I did the prep work of removing the items inside the door the project took less than 15 minutes to get the repair job done. 1. Remove the door by taking off the top hinge cover on top of the door, remove the three screws with a socket wrench, remove the plastic gasket under the hinge, left door up and off the lower hinge pin 2. Place the new bracket on the freezer door hinge pin, flange side down 3. I had to place an extra spacer washer, which I had on hand, on top of the hinge bracket 4. Replace the door on the bottom hinge pin 5. My husband held the door in place as I reattached the top of the door with the plastic spacer and 3 screws I had removed 6. Replaced the plastic gasket and hinge cap on the top 7. With the door reattached, I removed the existing screw under the door directly below the new hinge bracket, lined up the hinge bracket to the screw hole and attached it in place. Much to my surprise and pleasure, the door swings perfectly, stopping where it should with the door shelves loaded! Thank you PartSelect for having a part that would work for my 16 year old refrigerator even though I had to add a washer shim to make the new part as thick as the original.

Center Crisper Drawer Rail was broken
Replacement rail slipped into to the refrigerator in seconds! The best part of this story is the Excellence of customer service!!! After a long fruitless search for the replacement part, I found the website, ordered the part that I thought was appropriate. When I received it, i realized that it was too short. I phoned customer service, explained the situation and after giving the representative the make and model of my refrigerator, she promptly located the correct part and e-mailed instructions for return of the other part. I had spoken with the representative around noon on Wednesday and when I arrived home Thursday evening, the replacement part was already at my home!!!! I heartily commend this supplier. I had spoken to a representative when I first ordered the part. He straightened out a shipping address issue and was super! The second person that I spoke to was gracious and so efficient! I highly recommend this site!!!

Due to age the sliding flanges on the sides were broken and had been glued just one to many times.
Needless to say sliding the new draw in did not take a wizard. But I was amazed at the ease of finding the part onb your web site and the promptness of shipping. Will definitely use you again if need be.

Light switch which turns on the lights when the door opens went out
This is an easy fix, simply remove and replace. What I was impressed with is that a how to video was provided along with my part. I wish all manufactures would offer this, the video was easy to understand and you had a good view of the operation. Thanks, a job well done.

bent door shelf bars
I was able to replace the the shelf bars with no difficulty after finding the right parts on PartSelect. The easy to view measuring menu helped me get the right size for the fit I needed. You always worry when you don't have the item in front of you but they make it easy to gauge. I will use them again. I replaced three bars that had been driving me crazy.

broken crisper rail
The repair was very simple! And the website was also easy and accurate to use! I put the new rail in after taking out the glass shelf ( just like you do when you clean it) and snapped in the new piece. Voila! sliding drawers again.

Door Gasket was riped off. hot air was getting in side and food did not stay cold.
I removed the screws on top of the refrigerator and the freezer door, lifted the fresh food door off bottom hinge laid it on a covered floor, used a pair of wire cutters to cut old gasket. then pulled the gasket straight out all the way around. then I started on one corner using a putty knife to push the new gasket under plastic trim, then put gasket on opposite corner at top of door then did the same with other two corners, then used putty knife to go all the way around sliding gasket under trim. was easy.
