freezer light out...Fridge light dim
Previously replaced the Fridge light (control board).. The Fridge and Freezer lights were flickering rapidly...LIghts worked fine for four months...then the freezer light went out completely and the fridge light went dim. I unplugged the freezer light and all lights went out! Hooked it back up and ordered new freezer light. After replacing freezer light all three lights work perfectly at full intensity problem solved...For now!

Crisper drawer tilted to the right when pulled out
The repair consisted of lifting up the drawer cover and replacing it. Why the 60 minutes to do that? It took 58 minutes to clean the refrigerator.

Freezer drain hold iced up, interior of 'fridge floods
Second time in about two months, and it's never done it before in the 19+years we've had it.
Several good YouTube videos on replacing the "Heat Probe", though generally for newer models. You can probably figure it out, though.
Unplug the 'fridge
1. empty the freezer
2. take out the shelf and ice maker (three screws w/ 1/4" nut driver)
3. remove the "floor" of the freezer (two screws w/ 1/4" nut driver)
4. remove the back of the freezer (two screws w/ 1/4" nut drive)
You will see ice buildup in the drip tray and in the drain hole. That's the problem.
This is probably a ton of ice under the freezer floor. I used a thin metal spatula to pry up the sheets of ice, up to the metal drip tray.
I used a heat gun (a hair dryer would probably work) to thaw the ice around the drip try and pry it out. Don't over heat anything. Take your time. Don't melt anything other than the ice and do that slowly.
Be VERY careful around the fins and refrigeration tubes.
It took about an hour to get all the ice out except for the iced up drain hole.
Boiled some water and carefully poured it on the ice in the hole. Blot out the melted ice with a sponge or paper towel. Do this over and over until the ice is about a half inch below the lip, still plugging hole.
Use a turkey baster or a funnel with a piece of hose and keep pouring hot water into the drain hole. The baster is good because you can not only add the water, you can suck out the melt water.
Keep doing this until you start hearing water draining into the drip tray underneath the 'fridge. The drain hole is now clear.
Wrap the heat probe around the black tube under the refrigeration coils and fins and insert the tab into the hole.
Crimp the heat probe tightly around the black tube and attach it tightly with the screw.
NOTE: My refrigerated did not come of a heat probe originally and the kit did NOT come with an attachment screw, so I had to improvise. If you are replacing you probe, save the screw.
Reassemble the freezer in reverse order of disassembly. Hooking the ice maker back up is a royal PITA. And make sure you attach the little grounding wire to the tab on the back panel before you attach the panel.
Plug the refrigerator back in. The ice maker won't work until the freezer is cold enough to make ice again. That will take several hours.

Plastic side-rail cracked. Shelf could no longer support weight on top or in the drawer beneath.
(1) Remove the drawer by pulling it open until it catches. Push up gently on the bottom-rear of the drawer to lift it over the stop tabs in the drawer rail, and pull the drawer out completely. Note: You will need to push the refrigerator door gently to the fully open position to remove the drawer all the way. The door will open about 30 degrees further than where it comes to rest on its own when opened.
(2) Remove the shelf by lifting gently on the front and sliding it forward. Once the rear corners of the shelf are beyond the upper lip of the shelf rail, you can lift the shelf out of the rail, and turn it vertical to remove through the fridge door. Note: the glass in the shelf is meant to stay in, but if its old or damaged it may tip out when you turn the shelf on its side. So you may want to tape it in place before removing the shelf.
(3) Install the new shelf by repeating step 2 in reverse.
(4) Reinstall the drawer by repeating step 1 in reverse.

Bearings were going out
The refrigerator would make loud sounds humming sounds periodically. The bearings were going out on the evaporator motor. Emptied the freezer side of fridge. Unplugged unit. Took shroud off (6 screws). Removed the three wire clips. Pulled fan off shaft. Carefully pushed plastic strap to remove motor. Replaced with new motor. Carefully attached strap to hold motor. This seems very fragile so be very carefull to attach properly and not break. Reverse the rest and done in less than 15 minutes. 30 minutes cleaning the fridge.

The original gasket was breaking down and started to separate. The seal was starting to be compromised..
I ordered two new ones from partselect.com. I figured if I was replacing the one for the refrigerator door I might as well do the freezer door too.
Very easy to take the old ones off, take the putty knife clean tracks out. Putting the new ones on, was a little harder to do. You have to start in the corner and push the gasket into the slot. You need strong hands to do this. Once I heard them click in, they guided themselves the rest of the way. Once they are on, check to make sure they touch the frame of the door. My freezer was perfect, but the refrigerator had an area of 25 inches that did not touch the frame. I called partselect.com and they sent out another new gasket for the refrigerator door. (I had to pay for this one but was told once I mailed in the defective one, they would credit me the cost of the returned one) I took off the bad gasket and installed the 2nd new gasket and that one was perfect.
