When I placed the glass cover in a sink of lukewarm water, it shattered
All I did was removed the stickers and place it in the frame - no tools required. It fit perfectly and is since it is clear (the original one has a grid pattern in it) I can easily see everything in the drawer below. I will be more careful in cleaning this one - apparently the temperature difference from cool to warm caused it to break, so I will just wipe this one down rather than submerging it in water.

The cantilever bin cracked and broke and needed to be replaced entirely
The repair was super easy. All I had to do was put the bin in place. From the minute the bin broke, to looking up the part online, ordering it and having it delivered, took me 3 days. Couldn't be any easier.

glass broken
The glass cover came on time and in good packaging. I removed it from the packaging and slipped in to the shelf. It fit perfectly and was extremely easy to do. We are very pleased with the entire process. Thanks

Cantiliver bin structure hold brooke falling to tehr floor resulting in shef containe breaking in piecesand brook
