Not Getting Any Water
Thought I needed a new filter. Did not solve the problem. I returned the filter to partselect as per instructions. Will order from partselect when I need parts.

a little problem with freezer gashet not fitting at top of drawer used hot wash rag to smoth it out.
Removed old gasket from right side of refrigerator and the bottom freezer doors. Reinstalled both gaskets to doors anbout 15 minutes in all.

Ice and Water Filter needed to be replaced.
I snapped the cover plate to the filter open. Pulled the filter down and twisted counter clock wise to take filter out. I installed the new filter in by inserting the filter and tuning clock wise to secure the filter. I flushed the water for about two minutes and then allowed it to be put back into service.

Ice Maker stopped working a second time
The customer service was great and I received my part the next day which was awesome. I was a bit surprised that inside the box no instructions came for the installation. It was a bit difficult without the instructions. After an hour we installed the ice maker and it stated working. The one thing I like the most is the one year guarantee. That gives me peace of mind.

Milk was freezing in Refig section, 28 F temp
Noted the Damper Assemby in the upper rear of refrig section,was always staying open during checks for problems. Controls appeared to be controlling temp changes when adjusted. Pulled the damper assemby after removing two screws holding the diffuser/cover(diffuser pops off with screwdriver) Damper assembly snaps out , unplug wires, snap new damper assembly in place, reconnect wires at the plug, replace cover with foam insulation, secure with screws replace diffuser snaping in place. Recheck settings for desired temperatures.
