Broken door bin

The repair (replacement) literally takes only a couple minutes. You simply pick up on and remove the broken bin and insert the new one in its place. The "wow" moment was the exceptional customer service I received from PartSelect. I ordered on a Monday around noon (est) and the part arrived the next day. It was a genuine Whirlpool part and an exact fit. This may well be my best on-line ordering experience and I failed to mention your price was about 20% less than Lowes. broken door shelfs

Replaced cracked door shelfs. removed old ones and replaced. The beautiful thing about this repair was that I could not get this part from our local parts supplier unless we did $500.00 worth of business with them per year, and we don't, so I looked up Partselect and not only were you cheaper, I had my parts in less time than I would have with supplier. Broken shelf in refrigerator.

I was cleaning my refrigerator. When the glass shelf was being cleaned it barely bumped the bottom of the sink. There was no water in the sink. The shelf exploded into thousands of small pieces simular to a car windshield. I was devastated! I went online and ordered a replacement that same day. The next morning I was on my front porch watering plants when a delivery truck pulled into my driveway. It was the replacement shelf. I cannot believe the fast service. Thank you.

When I placed the glass cover in a sink of lukewarm water, it shattered

All I did was removed the stickers and place it in the frame - no tools required. It fit perfectly and is since it is clear (the original one has a grid pattern in it) I can easily see everything in the drawer below. I will be more careful in cleaning this one - apparently the temperature difference from cool to warm caused it to break, so I will just wipe this one down rather than submerging it in water.

The door bins were cracked and coming apart

Easy repair, just snapped the old bins out and put the new ones in. It took longer to empty the old bins and fill the new ones. Customer service was excellent, also my order was to me in 2 days. Great service. Thanks PartSelect

Ordering a tray for my refridge door
