The edges of the plastic crisper pan were breaking off.

the guide rail broke off would not let the drawer slide

Needed extra shelf on refrigerator door
We wanted an additonal shelf on the door of our 10 year old refrigerator. I called because I wasn't sure what to order. The saleswoman was very helpful and friendly and my order was placed quickly. Humidity Control Drawer broken
Open fridge....empty old drawer....through out old stuff....remove broken drawer and take downstairs to trash bin. Remove new drawer from package....open fridge. Insert new drawer. Restock with remaining items. Have a cold drink and congratulate yourself for a job well done!!!
