I did not order a water line, I ordered a kenmore frefridgerator filter
I was unable because you do not even carry the par that you still advertised on you sit and I was charged $20.00 to return the par. The representative was very rude and accused me of ordering the incorrect part as if I don't know the difference between a hose and a filter. When i expressed the poor customer service he disconnected the call. I will never patronize your business or recommend it to anyone.

My ice maker would only freeze for a short while, after unplugging it for a few hours it would begin to make ice again only to stop after a few trays
The repair went great, however, I had someone to put the part in for me.

Random clicking noise
The toughest part was pulling the refrigerator from the wall....After removing the back-bottom access panel the compressor is right there with the Start-Dev and Cap..Took a few min to remove and install new parts....Very Simple and works great...no more clicking..

Replaced filter for ice maker
I removed the filter from the box I took the old filter out and inserted the new air filter put the cover down and that was it.

Shelf was broken on one side.

Loud banging after using water dispenser
Followed the extremely helpful video on the web site. It was easy to remove, replace, and install the new part, following their video. Saved time and money, and I didn’t lose anymore of my hair!

fan motor needed replacing
System not cooling. removed back cover and notice fan not rotating. Looked up unit and found diagram. Ordered motor which was received in less than 5 business days.
Replacement was super easy. Just unscrewed from frame, pulled off fan, put fan on new motor and remounted back in frame. Took 10 minutes tops.

There was no water in the icemaker tray to freeze into ice cubes
Took off the rear cardboard cover, unscrewed the old valve, checked to see if there was enough tubing to fit if I cut the tubing. removed the 2 electric connectors, Cut the tubing 3, installed the 2 electric plugs, inserted the 3 tubes, mounted the new valve, replaced the cardboard cover. I checked for leaks, and very soon heard the valve filling the icemaker tray, and soon, Ice cubes again.
