Freezer froze up and water in ice and water in bottom of refrigerator
Had to take everything out and defrost the whole refrigerator dry up and than took back off at bottom and the one covering the Bimetal. The hole was plugged so we took the compressor and blew it and finally got all the ice out before we put on the Bimetal. This is the 4th time we fixed this and I don't know why it won't last longer than 8/9 months. The warrenty is for a year and so far I have gotten 2 refunds thank you!

Refrigerator collected water an ice in refrigerator and freezer.
Removed items and defrosted freezer. I then removed metal shelves, ice maker, bottom sliding tray and false bottom, freezer back, and light bulb with wire track. Cut wires to defrost thermostat and spliced in new thermostat. Reassembled shelves, back, etc., in reverse order. Old thermostat tested "open" in hot and cold water with Ohm meter tester.

Recent move and movers broke the light switch on refrigerator side.
Unplugged the refrigerator then removed two vertical screws on the very back back of the control panel (the ones with the washers). Do not remove the four other vertical screws in the panel. The front plastic plate on control panel snaps off and there are two horizontal screws under the plate. Remove them and the control panel will drop down allowing access to the light switch. Unplug the two wires (one black and one white) from the old switch. Discard the old switch, snap the new one into place and reconnect the two wires. Snap the front plastic plate back into place, plug in the refrigerator and you are done! Problem solved with a new $16.00 switch and saved at least $75.00 or more from an appliance repair call. Broken water line connection
Very easy to replace. Disconnect water line. remove 2 screws pull out filler tube. replace with new one.

icemaker not working
I followed vidio instructions, took about 15 minutes. Fridge making great ice cubes again. Felt prouud of the repair I did being 70 years old and a female. Thank you

water tube froze and got bent so it would not fill ice maker properly
Removed screws from the back of the part in the fridge. Pulled old part out. Measured the old part. Cut new part to fit. Replaced new part and tightened the screws. Worked perfectly.

No Light
Took socket out and replace it with new one. Very easy. W saved alot of money doing it ourself.

.Replace sheared-off freezer shelf support
First, although I was SURE I knew what to do, I watched the repair video. I used needle nose pliers to push broken support into wall since I could not pull it out. Selected correct wall fixture, spread holder pins, and snapped into wall opening. Couldn't have been easier!!! Very useful site.

Kick Plate Clip Broke
On the left side I unscrewed the screw and replace it with a new one . The right side in had to take s file and file of the rivet. You can use a rivet gun or a metal screw to replaced the clip. Once it is finish open the refrigerator door to see how to line the kick plate into the clip. A piece of cake.

fill tube broken at elbow
Moved the refrigerator out, unscrewed old fill tube, pulled it out, placed finger-screw on water line, screwed it on, put in new fill tube, re-screwed fill tube in place, put refrigerator back into place. Done!

stoped making ice
took out the old fill tube installed the new one and its working great. I really did not think that was going to be the problem thought it would be more than that but it was not. It took about 7min to change thanks for the fast shipping I will use you in the future.
