Refrigerator light would not turn on.
I first replaced the switch and had no results, I then ordered the Light Socket Kit, and because I had the experience of removing the panel to replace the switch, it took a few minutes to remove the two screws behind the panel, removing the temperature control knobs and then releasing the face plate which is secured by tabs at the bottom. The kit came with extra connectors in case they were needed, but they were not in my case and so I pulled off the wires, pushed the old socket out and the new one in. Attaching the wires to the correct pins, I screwed in the light bulb to be sure that the fix was correct and determining that, I replaced the screws that held the panel in place. Voila, I'm a happy camper who found some outdated jars in the back corners of the newly lighted shelves.

The door switch was broken so the interior light would not come on.
The instructions in the package were not helpful. They wanted me to cut the wiring harness and described where to cut based on the wire colors. My wires were not the same color! I removed the light mechanism using a combination of a screwdriver, putty knife, and plain old muscle with my fingers! The wiring harness unplugged easily and the new one inserted. It was easy to push the whole assembly back into the door. I spent more time looking for something to cut the wiring harness with (and never did find it) than the whole job actually took without needing to cut anything!

The plastic door bin broke and fell off. There are 2 different sizes and I needed the larger bin.
The bin was very easy to install. Just make sure you are putting it back in the same spot as there is a small bin and a larger bin on the door and they need to go into the right place. The bin just pops back in easily no tools required. Was a perfect fit.

Water line cracked at the water valve and was leaking
I took off the broken tube and attempted to order a new one with the confusing we sight at parts.com- after 3 attempts I finally got the right part with help from the operator at parts . Com( nice and helpful) but had to ship wrong parts ( the 2 wrong ones) back. The parts were of good quality and we're not hard to put on

My ice maker was not working. I replaced the ice make and it didn’t fix the issue. I tested the valve and it was fine. It was recommended that the main board was bad. I replaced the main board and that did not fix the issue either. After looking on YouTube and other sites I found that all but 3 wire
I unplugged the refrigerator. Located the panel for the main board which was on the left side as you look at the back of the refrigerator. I unplugged the the wires to the board and removed the board. I installed the new one and plugged the wires into it. They are different plugs so you can’t mix them up. I then put the door back on. Plugged the refrigerator back into the outlet. It took less than 15 minutes.
