MRTG18V5PW2 Uni Refrigerator - Instructions

It simply snapped into place. No tools required. A very simple repair.

Super easy it took no more than 5 minutes to replace the fridge door racks. Starting from opening the box when it arrived to closing the fridge door with the new racks in place. no tools needed, except a knife to open the box.

Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

Easy peasy... took the shelf out of the fridge. Unscrewed the old rail. Screwed in the new one. Put the shelf back in. DONE!!!!

My local appliance repair shop said they would have to order the whole shelf in order to fix my problem. It was going to cost $50 and I'd have to wait 3 weeks.

Instead, I found you guys on the internet. The part cost $5 and I got in delivered in 2 days.... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!

I had to loosen the screw holding the mounting block and increase the hole size to fit the screw on refrigerator

This was the easiest thing to repair in my house! All I needed to do was to snap the appropriate new shelf in the place where the prior piece was and we were back in business. A caveat to anyone else who might try it-get your Mfgr/model number straight as well as measure the length of the shelf to be replaced. Since my brand was not listed in the pull-down menu for replacements, the first time I ordered the shelf replacement piece, I ordered the shelf that looked exactly like the one I was replacing however the replacement was a few inches too small! I cleaned off the shelf that the drawer hangs from and removed it from the fridge. I took the philips head screw from the back of the broken support rail. Put the new one on, screwed it in and replaced the shelf and drawer.

As I was aware hot install it, bec a couple of days back, the handle pop out of the lower screw shaft. The easy steps is put the lower part first, keep the handle diagonal to the door, once the lower screw is fit into the shaft, turn it to right to place the holes on the door holes and just jack in the screw.

Its pretty easy.

The first thing I did was to remove all the food from the shelf above the drawer. I removed the old support rail that is attached at the rear of the shelf by one phillips screw. I installed the new support and secured it. Partselect was a great place to purchase the part and they shipped the part quickly.

Very, very easy problem to fix. I took the shelf that the support rails were attached to out of refrigerator. Unscrewed broke piece and screwed in new support rail and simply slid shelf back into refrigerator. Ta~Da! If I can do it, you can do it!
