Ice maker no longer made ice.
Prepare the area
Open the refrigerator door(s). Remove the ice bucket/bin by lifting it up and pulling it out (it usually slides forward after a slight lift). Set it aside. Empty any loose ice.
Remove the ice maker cover / upper panel (if present)
There is often a plastic cover or shroud over or in front of the ice maker. Gently pull or pry it off using a flathead screwdriver on the release tabs. Some models have screws holding this cover. Note the orientation for reassembly.
Disconnect the wiring harness
Locate the electrical connector (usually a 12-pin plug) on the side or back of the ice maker.
Press the release tab on the connector and gently pull it apart. Do not yank the wires. Tuck the harness aside safely.
Remove the mounting screws
There are typically 2 screws (Phillips) securing the ice maker to the refrigerator wall or bracket — one on the side/top and possibly another. Support the ice maker with one hand while removing the screws so it doesn’t drop.

Remove the old ice maker
Carefully tilt and pull the unit forward/out. It may have tabs or hooks that need to be released. Wiggle gently if stuck. Avoid forcing it to prevent breaking plastic parts or damaging the fill tube.

Install the new ice maker (DA97-07365G)
Position the new assembly in the same orientation. Align any tabs, hooks, or slots with the mounting bracket.
Reinstall the 2 mounting screws snugly (do not overtighten).
Reconnect the wiring harness firmly until it clicks.
Reassemble the cover/panel
Snap or screw the cover back into place.

Reinstall the ice bucket
Slide the ice bin back in until it seats properly.

Power on and test
Plug the refrigerator back in.
The ice maker may take time to cool down and begin a cycle (several hours).
Press the Test/Reset button on the ice maker (small button on the side or front of the unit) to run a test cycle if available. You should hear the motor and eventually a fill.
Check the control panel on the door — ensure Ice Maker is turned On (not Ice Off).
Monitor for the first batch of ice (can take 6–24 hours depending on temperature and usage).
