Ice maker stopped making ice and made a repeating clicking sound
YouTube the video on how to replace the ice maker. Unplugged the fridge, one screw was removed to open a small cover panel to access where the ice maker was plugged in, unplugged the ice maker, pushed a small locking clip and pulled the old ice maker off the keyhole slots holding it in place removing it from the fridge. Did the steps in reverse and reinstalled the new one. Plugged the fridge back in and reset the fridge by holding the energy saver and alarm button on the front door simultaneously for 8-10 seconds until it beeped. Took a few seconds and the fridge reset

Right side of freezer door handle broke
This is the older model of the Samsung refrigerator, so there is **no Allen screw underneath the handle** to remove it. That was a change made on newer models.
To replace the broken freezer handle cap:
1. **Remove the gray top cover.** Slide the gray cover forward, then lift it up and off.
2. **Remove the two Phillips screws** underneath the cover.
3. **Remove the front tabs.** Gently pry the front of the tabs forward. Using needle-nose pliers, carefully pull the tabs out.
4. **Remove the broken cap.** Once the tabs are removed, the broken cap can be taken off.
5. **Remove the handle from the old cap.** In my case, the handle had broken away from the old cap. There are two Phillips screws securing the handle to the cap. Remove those screws and separate the handle from the old cap.
6. **Reuse the silver hinge pin.** Before discarding the old cap, remove the silver rod/hinge pin by sliding it out. You will reuse this pin in the new cap. If necessary, apply a small amount of light lubricant to help it slide out and back in.
7. **Attach the handle to the new cap.** Use the two Phillips screws to attach your existing freezer handle to the new cap.
8. **Install the new cap and handle.** Position the new cap and handle assembly on the freezer door. This part is a little fiddly, so be patient and make sure everything is properly aligned before tightening anything.
9. **Reinstall the two tabs.** Put the tabs back into position and secure them with the two Phillips screws.
10. **Replace the gray cover.** Snap the gray cover back over the new cap.
That's it. The key difference with this older Samsung model is that **you do not remove the handle with an Allen screw**. The handle is secured to the cap with two Phillips screws, and the silver hinge pin from the original cap is reused in the replacement cap.

Freezer handle had broken free from the left side of the door.
On both sides of the door there is a pop off cover that houses the broken mechanism. I popped off the cover and exposed the screws the attached the handle to the opening mechanism. removing those screws I removed the handle from the freezer door. I replaced the broken plastic piece on the handle . Reattached the repaired handle assembly to the door with the 4 screws. Reinstalled the cover.
