broken plastic supports
turned it off. took out the old and set the new in place. no tools required but did have to "pop" stuff into place. it was fairly awkward to do. Also would like to have replaced veggie bins They are cracked but these are not available. Only problem was figuring out what to order from the exploded diagram. It is very small on the computer screen and part numbers are difficult to read even with a magnifying glass

Cracked Support Bracket Would Not Allow Smooth Sliding Of Vegetable Tray.
Lifted the old one out, set the new one in!

tray assembly broken
Filled tray and installed it in freezer. Went rather well for this being my first time.
