Spring broke on Mullion
Watched the video. Took the screws out, unplugged the connection and slid mullion off. Then plugged the new one in, slid it on and attached the two screws.

Torn door gasket
Pulled old gasket off by hand. New gasket was easy to install by pushing it into molded cutout in refrigerator door.
Very satisfying to have no glitches in the seamless installation.

Spring in the plate front assembly broke. Door plate assembly would not move into correct position, preventing door from closing.

Had several broken shelves on the right door and the bottom shelf on the left door.

bad switch
The 2 minute or so video was not exactly matching the model that we had but the instructions were very good and important. The switch was a little difficult to get out from the side of the refrigerator.

Light quit coming on when door opened.
Unplug from wall receptacle. Pry switch out with screwdriver while pushing on inner tab. Then disconnect electrical plug.
