Manufacturer Cahnged Part Desin
Not the fault of partselect. The manufacturer had decided to modify my part and still specifying that it was the NEW part number and that it was the direct replacement (shame on LG). Well its not the same part. The partselect CSR worked with me to try and find the previous design to no avail, even going so far as to give me the phone number of an obsolete parts seller... wow! Without a whimper parts select credited my account for the part that would not fit!! Without a doubt I will use them again. Way to stand behind your sale!! And also I got the parts within two days, amazing. The ones that did fit were well packed in perfect condition and on time. DON'T HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY

Threads were striped on water valve leaked needed new one
Shut water valve off drained water in refrigerator instAlled new valve

Ice bucket had broke and did not dispence ice
Took the broken ice bucket out and replaced with the new one
