Dampness on gaskets, mold and mildew
on left side door, I had to remove the flapper (the piece that rotates when you close the door to allow right door to seal. very simple, remove the flapper hingelift up to get the flapper off the door and move it out of the way.
Remove both door gaskets by pulling them out with your hands. Not the orientation of the gaskets because you will have to install the new gaksets in the same orientation.
Press the new gasket in place, into the slot that goes around the inside of the door, by using two fingers to press it into place. Cntinue this all around then go back and press again to assure the gasket is fully seated.
In my case, replacing the gaskets did not solve the issue, but they needed to be replaced do to the condition. The moisture issue was resolve by replacing the flapper (mentioned above)

The ice tray was cracked and leaking water
1. Remove 3 screws (2- bottom 1-middle)
2. Loosen 1 screw (top middle left)
3. Remove the whole assembly by pulling down carefully
4. Disconnect the multi-wire plug from the back of the door. It has a locking tab on top that you may have to use a flathead screwdriver to unlock, being careful
not to touch the wiring.
5. Reverse this procedure to install the new icemaker assembly.

The refrigerator ice maker needed replacing
The only tool required was a Phillips screwdriver. I disassembled the old icemaker and unplugged the electrical snap in device. I removed the ground wire. Then reversed the steps in replacing the refrigerator ice maker kit assembly. It took slightly over 30 minutes to remove and replace the ice maker.

My ice maker wouldn't release the ice, nothing was frozen and the motor would just bind
I bought the ice assembly motor only, super easy to install, remove the three main screws, lift out assembly, detach the cable. Then remove the screws on the parts, lift the tape, redo everything in reverse and it works flawlessly!
