My sis is disabled and not able to to house work, so I helped out by taking apart the LG fridge to clean it and broke a crisper drawer front. I ordered the part about 2 PM on Wenesday and the part was delivered before 11 AM. It took all of one minute to fix and boy was she happy. Thanks for being so efficent and responisve.

I actually glued the item the first time repair was needed - lasted over one year. After it broke again; ordered the part from lg on line; and three days later the part arrived and repair complete. Also, I bought an extra door should the other crisper door fail. These doors and other small white plastic parts are seemingly prone to breakage. I am not rough on my appliances, yet I have had one or two other failues of interior parts. Very happy with lg, nevertheless.

Very easy...just remove fruit/vegetable baskets, remove glass shelf and frame, Unscrew the 3 screws that hold in the metal rod from the old one and re-install it in new shelf frame. Voila. I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for a service call and then who knows how long while they ordered the part. Took care of it myself in 3 days - fast, reasonable shipping and part cost. Thank you!

Replacement part from PartSelect was OEM, identical to original part. Installation was very quick. Inserted hinge on left side and then depressed the right side to slip it into place. Presto, it was done. Most impressed with PartSelect on the OEM replacement part and very prompt delivery.

Removal was pretty easy-- replacing crisper drawer took a little care so as not the snap off the hinge- thank you for the speed in which I got my part, no sooner did I order my part- it showed up at my door. your service was outstanding, put you in my favorites just incase I need to order again.

Replacing the broken part with the new part was really quite simple. The part just snapped in. The part was identical to the original. I must add that the web site was very easy to navigate, find the part, and order it. The part arrived very quickly. Guy

While cleaning out the frig we removed the bottom shelf to remove the glass and really scrub it down. When we went to put it back in, my wife grabbed the crisper door front and snapped it offf. I immediately went to the computer to find a replacement part and found PartSelect.com. I plugged in the model number and I immediately saw a diagram to pick out my part. I had it ordered before she got all the food back in the frig! The part arrived early and I installed it in a matter of seconds. So easy to find the part, order it and install. No installation instructions. I just took everything out of the shelf holding the drawers and figured it out myself. Unfortunately today's products are made with cheap brittle plastic. This is the second time I have ordered parts for this refrigerator from you and I am glad you are so efficient and shipped orders quickly.

Removed the support bar from the warped frame, which had 3 screws, then reattached the bar to the new frame. The criper drawer front lids was a simple snap in.

I first took off a plastic trip strip which just popped off with a little pull. Then I pulled the gasket off slowly all around the perimeter of the door and snapped off the guide strip with the help of a screwdriver. I installed the gasket next first the guide strip then followed up with the pushing the gasket into the groove all around the door. Did the same procedure on the other door. The gaskets came very well packed and undamaged. It took approximately 2 weeks because one gasket was on back order. Thank you for your help with these parts. It would have cost me 3 times as much if the repairman performed this repair.

I removed the old shelf and disassembled all the parts, removing glass shelf, bins, doors, etc. for use with the new shelf frame. Unfortunately, I hadn't been able to find all the roller assemblies from the original shelf and didn't realize that they were not considered part of the shelf frame. So, after reassembling all the pieces that I had, I still needed to order one additional roller assembly and specialty screw. Knowing this up front would have saved me a nice chunk of time and additional shipping charges. Otherwise, the repair was pretty straightforward.
