Cam shaft fell off left hand door
I could not figure out from the online manual just what to do or what part to order as the pictures of parts were so small. I had to call the company and explain what happened. You sent the gasket holder that I needed. I had to call my handy man to install. It did not take him toof long to figure out what to do.

door latch cam brocken
After reviewing the parts picture of the left door I was able to disasemble the door gasket to replace the gasket holder which also mounts the brocken cam. No specail tools needed.

Interior Light Would Not Turn Off
Tape off the light button so door alarm does not go off. Take off the clear light shield and remove the light bulbs. Be careful, bulbs may still be HOT!! With Phillips head screw driver unscrew the light plate assy. Drop it down in a comfortable position. Disconnect the connector, unscrew the thermal sensor and remove light assy. Install new light assy into light plate assy. There is no thermal senor in the new assy. Snap light plate assy back into place and install the two screws previously taken out. Install bulbs and clear cover. Remove tape from light door switches and you are done. Lights should go on and off when door buttons are pushed in and out.

top light cover was warped. Simply replaced it with another.
Inserted it with my hands.

sliding rail
I removed the broken rail & installed the new rail with a screw driver. The screws were located in somewhat difficult position. The rail works OK but has a tendency to stick & the tray holder sometimes slips out of the new rail.
