Ice maker was leaking
This is an incredibly easy repair.
1) Remove the three screws holding the old icemaker
2) Disconnect the electrical connection (I used a spoon to get in and undo the connector clip
Do the opposite to install the new icemaker.
Total elapsed time was about 5 minutes.

Ice maker quit making ice
Replacing the parts was easy. I am 62 years old and have been repairing all my own appliances for yerars. I have found more problems in recieving the corect parts in a timley mater more difficult than fixing the problem. I am impressed with the promedness of your delivery, and in rtecieving the corect parts. Thank you much!!!!!!!!!!! Bill

Filler tube broken and old tube frozen over
this is a snap! 2 screws an a nut to tighten and it works like a charm. the filler tube in my Kenmore refer had broken off in the back. ( really bad location to put this in the beginning) if you push the refer to close to the wall you can break it off easily. remove the water line by loosing the nut and remove the hose from the fill tube ( This assumes you have already turned of the water supply or you are standing in a large puddle)remove the 2 screws that hold the filler tube in place. pull out the old filler tube in and slightly upright motion. replace the new fill tube into the same hole and replace the screws. replace the hose and tighten the nut, turn the water back on and check for leaks your done !!
doesn't that feel great?

no water to ice maker
undo nuts that mount the valve system to the fridge, oh, first unplug the fridge! Cut the plastic lines close to their existing nut or connection and then carefully make a very clean square cut on plastic line. Disconnect the electrical connectors, they are size coordinated to each of the two solenoids and match up to the new ones. Re-connect the electrical connectors, plastic lines (these too are size coordinated) re-mount the valve kit and plug in. Can't get any easier.

Broken filler tube at threaded connection
After discovering that the water noise was coming from the rear of the refridgerator upon pulling it foward I discivered the connection line had broken. So i got a phillips screw driver and removed the the two mounting screws and saw it was one piece. I easliy found the part on PartSelect website and once I got I merely swaped them out and it works good as new!

water valve cracked in freezing temps
Removed screws from back panel of fridge. Removed old valve. Removed water lines. Re-assembeled. Easy repair. Great directions. (The only thing confusing was the picture when ordering which didn't say that there was a part that needed to be removed for my particular model. My old part looked the same as the picture except yours had an extra part attached.) The directions received DID say to remove the extra connector, though.

Ice Maker didn't produce ice cubes.
It was not complicated but it took more squeezing and reaching into the narrow space than actually removing three screws and unplugging the electrical harness. But that was all that was necessary, to install, three screws held the unit in place and re-connect the electrical harness. It saved me about $100 in labor and the inconvenience of scheduling a service call and waiting for a week or so. The best part was that I ordered the unit on line on Tuesday eveining and it was at my home by Friday afternoon with no extra shipping charges. Great service!.

water dripping in ice cube holder
We removed three screws, unplugged the wire and then removed the old ice maker. Installed the new ice maker with the screws, plugged in the wire and shortly after that we had ice! I was nervous about this repair but it was so easy and the part was here in three days.

Icemaker motor quit
This was a snap. Loosened 3 screws, removed
old ice maker. Made cutout for water chute. Plugged in
wiring harness plug. Installed new ice maker. Tightened 3 screws.
These brain surgeons that charge $80.00 just to show up at my house to repair an appliance are history.
