Front bearing had worn so that the fan vibrated causing the noise.
I removed the cardboard back then using a nut driver removed the three mounting screws, removed the old fan/motor and installed the new one, installing the three screws and replacing the cardboard cover.
My big problem was getting the right parts. Don't ever order refrigerator parts using the refrigerator model number. I did and got the wrong part, sent it back and talked to the parts lady and ordered again describing the error, the needed parts shape etc and she sent me the exact part I had sent back. I sent it back and removed the fan motor to get the part number, called and ordered by number and got the right one. Hallelujah!

Refrigerator was not cooling
Unplugged the refrigerator, removed the bottom freezer door, removed the two sliding shelves, removed the ice maker. Took the inside back wall off to expose the evaporator motor (have to bend it a bit to get it out. Used a small socket to remove the shroud and the evaporator motor. Installed the new motor and before putting it back together, plugged it in to ensure that the fan and motor worked. Then reassembled. Highly recommend knowing your brand and model#, and "Google" and YouTube it for additional help if you need it.

The Freezer defrosted and everything on the top and the bottom spoiled
i had used your web site before and i read several problems that your readers had. i went to the back of the unit, removed the bottom cover and right there the i found the run capacitor and i chaged it. since i had only ordered this part to save money i went back and ordered the Start Device which when i took it off it was completely burned. the replacement part came labeled with 2 different compressor #, so i picked the one that i had and unpluged each wire. the part may differ from the one that it's in the unit but it worked when i pluged everything back on. it also helps to take a picture of everything before removing the wires in case you have to leave it and come back later. i hope to use this refrigerator another 10 years. thank you all for your help.

The track holding the meat and cheese tray partially broke off.
Easiest repair ever! Took maybe 5 minutes. Use the flathead screwdriver to push down on the three tabs holding the track onto the glass shelf and gently remove the old track. The new track snaps right in. Put the shelf back in the fridge, slide in the tray and it's done!

light not working in fridge
It was so easy!
Thanks for the rush to my home on the part.
I just unscrewed the plate that locks in the light switch (screwdriver) and unplugged the old faulty part and plugged in the new switch, screwed the cover back on and I was done!
Easy!
And I am not Mr. Fix-it!

Middle drawer track cracked
I read the other comments on how easy the repair was, followed their advice, and it worked like a charm. Just use a screwdriver or butter knife to pop the track off the shelf and pop the new one back in.
The hardest part was getting the items in the refrigerator out of the way!

evaporator coil iced solid then fan would would scrape making loud noise
First you have to pull power plug and after removing trays and door to freezer,, i removed ice maker and metal coil cover then i melted ice cake by using a space heater blowing in to freezer compartment ,, then i looked at how old part was mounted and installed my new one the same ,,, all this was done laying on my side up in freezer,,, it would have been easier if it was a top freezer rather than a bottom freezer like mine.i did all this hoping the defrost heat element was defective, any way it is back together working good.

Freezer was defrosting at the wrong temperature resulting in excess frost and ice. Poor cooling!
Removed all food! I used storage boxes insulates with blankets and a bit of dry ice in the boxes to keep the food cold.
Removed bottom bin and shelf
Removed bottom cover and fan shroud, this exposes evaporator coil and the thermostat. I had to defrost the evaporator and thermostat, they were completely encased in ice.
Thermostat is clipped to the evaporator coil, simply pry it off and removed it from the wire harness. Easy! Thermostat has a connector!
Installed new thermostat in the same location as the old one. Connected it to the wire harness and replace the bottom cover.
Turned it on and it seems to be working fine, now three weeks after repair.
