Old door gasket was worn and edge was cut
Pulled the old gasket out if groove on the door, cleaned inside the groove, squirted some windex in the groove to ease the new gasket in the groove, then proceeded to work the gasket into the groove. Made sure gasket was all the way in the groove around the perimeter of the door. Done!

Original refrig door gasket was fraying
It's too easy to describe.

What's more important is that someone read this and see that you can save hundreds of dollars doing this repair yourself. I'm sure many handy people think that about everything they repair, but this repair is insanely easy and the $ savings ridiculous.
When I called the place I purchased the refrigerator from, they were more than happy to sell me the part with a 35% markup (your price was reasonable) and (when i asked) they told me that sending someone to my home to make the repair would cost about $400 ($200 per door) including the "home instal" fee.
I removed the old gaskets and put on the new ones (on both doors) in under 10 minutes. I confess that I did the job under the auspices of my very handy son but he'll agree with everything I just wrote. To the unhandy: go forth and replace your own gaskets.

Freezer Cold, but Refrigerator not Cold
We replaced the damper, but it didn't fix the problem. We then purchased and replaced the thermistor. (We had previously replaced the defrost thermostat). The refrigerator side is now cooling better, but not enough. The damper doesn't seem to be opening. So we have now unplugged the damper and left the opening between the refrigerator propped open and the refrigerator side is now cool enough. (We had previously tried keeping the damper open before we replaced the thermistor and the refrigerator didn't cool off. So the thermistor did fix something, but the damper doesn't seem to have been the problem).

Frost build up behind "in refrigerator" ice maker. Ice maker mold temperature above 20 degrees inhibiting ice making
Used the following video link to replace thermostat:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JnBZuXpehw

Since problem was frost build up on coils behind the ice maker I figured the problem had to be the thermostat or the heater coil. All diagnostic tests on ice maker worked fine. Ordered both...50-50 chance. Turned out to be the thermostat, but replace both. Working good now.

Thin, flexible edge on outermost door gasket was tearing from the main gasket, likely due to being rubbed when accessing refrigerator..
Gasket is held in place by an extrusion on the back side. Simply remove the old gasket and press the new gasket's extrusion into the track on the door.

freezer section upper shelf slide assy broken, captive ball slides fell out
Remove frozen food and ice cubes to coolers so they stay frozen.
Remove shallow wire shelf.
Slide out both sides of slide assemblies. Defective slide unclip the front corner front frame remembering to remove the plastic retention rivet first. It has a centre pin that needs to be pulled out first. Support the rest of the frame on the bottom shelf/basket frame
There is one cap head square driver screw to remove on the wall of the freezer holding the slide in place. Leave the other two flat head screws alone. Slide the defective frame off the other two flat head screws. Take new part and attachment is the reverse of the disassembly you have just done. The front frame corner clip is a bit difficult to put together there is a top and bottom spring clip then the plastic "rivet" where you need to push in the centre pin to retain it in the joint. [a bit flimsy so be careful].
The shallow basket should be carefully placed on the front and side clips, and make sure everything is square. Then slide the shelf to make sure it goes into the freezer properly. Then you can re-load the food and ice cubes.
