Was broken
The repair was not the issue. When I received it there was no protection packing, no invoice and if you call the number, no one is there to help. The rack was plastic with no protection in box and it was damaged. Tried to resolve this matter with no response. Will never go through part select again.

Water inlet valve stuck open
Turned off water to inlet valve. Unbolted valve from back of unit, disconnect water supply line from valve, disconnected water line to ice maker. Put on new compression ring around water supply line. Pressed ice maker line into new valve, installed valve back on unit, then connected main supply line to valve. Works like a charm.

made lots of noise
Loosen two screws, unplug power, lift it off, put new one on and make sure water chute is correct place, tighten screws!

Ice maker not making Ice
Unscrewed (loosen) screws lifted unit out unplugged electrical connection. plugged in unit hung on screws tightened screws and had ice in less then 1 hour. Rick

Ice Maker not producing / Clicking / Off-cycle
We love our ice here. I seem to replace the ice makers one to two times a year. Generally the ice cycle gets off for some reason and it starts making loud popping/clicking noises (gear grinding). Its easy to replace. Simply loosen two screws holding the unit to inside of freezer and disconnecting the wiring harness. Unit slide up and out. Replacement is super easy (5 mins or less). Bam! Ice!

Crisper Glass Shelf Insert (PartSelect Number PS429963)
The original Crisper Glass Shelf Insert was broken when cleaning it. We ordered a replacement Crisper Glass Shelf Insert (PartSelect Number PS429963), and it was very easy/simple to insert into the Fresh Drawer...no tools required. The Dairy door was cracked by an item in the refrigerator and broke into two pieces
This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.

Shelf rack broke.
Ordered part easily with modal number ( they tell you where to find it). Received quickly and snapped paper in. They also had a video instruction. Will definitely use again!
