Missing door retainer
I ordered the part and it came in two days. Very pleased with service etc... I did'nt have the model number due to the dealer removing it. This was a new refrigerator but two of the door bins were missing and it had a few dings in it. PartSelect's web site is very good. With the pictures in the web site I was able to identify the two door bins I needed. Great service and very friendly order desk.

Refrigerator door shelves were broken when removed from unit
This was a simple repair as the shelving simply snapped in place. Like many senior citizens, I am skeptical about doing business over the net. Broken Door Shelf Retainer
The Repair was as easy as one two three. Just unpacking the part and hanging it in the Refigerator Door. That was it. It fit perfectly and it took only 5 Minutes to fix.

Ice maker not making ice
Pulled unit away from wall and shut off water and unplugged unit. Installed water valve and reassembled, plugged back in and turned on water and checked for leaks. All good. However there is no water getting into the ice maker. The unit itself is going thru a cycle of attempting to make ice and the bail is moving and you can hear the solenoid activate but no water. I have tried to blow thru the tube going to the maker but it seems to be plugged by something. I do not know if there is another valve up there or how to clean it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Needed a replacement door for the dairy compartment

ICE MAKER NOT MAKING ICE.
LOOSENED THE TWO SMALL SCREWS THAT HOLD THE ICE MAKER UP INSIDE THE FREEZER. DISCONNECTED THE WIRING HARNESS. TOOK THE OLD ICE MAKER OUT AND JUST INSTALLED THE NEW ONE IN REVERSE ORDER. LATER THAT DAY I HAD FRESH ICE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WEEKS!

shelf broke on one end of the tip
took the item out of the box then I looked at it to make sure it matches .Then I opened the refrigerator put the shelf in I was done.

Broken Shelf on Regrigerator Door.
Very easy to install less than 1 min. But what I am most impressed with was with the fast service. I called an ordered part around 8am and had it the next day by 10 am with normal shipping!!! When I called and placed the order Rep was very friendly and professional. Good Job.

Door shelfs cracked

Bottom shelf on the refrigerator door cracked.
Lifted old shelf out and snapped new shelf in. Took less than one minute to install. Identifying and ordering the correct part online was extremely easy due to the excellent presentation of the refrigerator and its parts. Ordered online one day and received the part the next day!
