Broken door on refrigerator shelf
I just opened the box, removed the shelf and slid it into the brackets on the door. What amazed me was the delivery time. I ordered the shelf on Friday, and it arrived Saturday morning!

Refrigerator door shelf broke
ok, this could not have been easier. The part just snaps into place, so no tools were needed. However! Partselect saved me an hour-long drive and a couple of bucks. I called the 800 number on the fridge ID tag, and was all set to drive 45 miles to the nearest Frigidaire dealer in Fayetteville for the part. Then I decided to check online. Partselect had the part and it cost about $2 less. There was no doubt it was the right part because they provide what appears to be the engineer's sketch of the fridge or the actual diagram from the owner's manual (which we do not have). Anyrate, it arrived 2 days later. Why aren't all repairs this easy?!

Broken Shelf
Ordered the part on Sunday. Received on Tuesday. Took all of 3 minutes to snap it in. All and all I spent about 10 minutes between ordering the part ,unwrapping the part and installing the part... PERFECT !

door shelf hook broke off
The pictures on the parts pg allowed me to pick the right Shelf bin. Due to 2 shelves being very similar in looks and size.

Child broke the hook end off of shelf retainer
I saved the broken door shelf for several years thinking that I would someday repair it. Finally, I used the part number stamped in the plastic to order a new shelf. Using Partselect.com via Google, I placed the order on Saturday night and had the part in hand Tuesday morning. Wow! Installation was just a matter of attaching the door shelf using the end hooks. Nice to finally have that third shelf in the door again. The price was excellent, too!

Broken door shelf
Snapped right into place...Couldn't believe it. I ordered the part, and within 24 hours the part was at my door and installed. This is the best experience I've had with a company in a long time. Chose the website at random from 3 online and couldn't wait to tell my story!
