broken glass insert over refrigerator drawers
I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. It was reasonably priced, I received it in a matter of days and it fit perfectly. Thank you! We were preparing to put the condo on the market and broke the shelf while cleaning. It was great to have a resource for a reasonably priced replacement and quick shipment.

Shelf door retainer was broken
Our refrigerator door shelf retainer had broken on the side which basically put one shelf out of commission in our fridge. I looked up our fridge on partselect and found the correct retainer and ordered it. The part came very quickly, within just a few days. If fit perfectly and I'm very happy with the part, the speed of delivery, and ease of ordering. I will definitely use partselect again.

Big oops when I broke the glass shelf while washing in hot water...too hot

Warm fridge and freezer
After checking the capacitor and 3 in 1 starter run relay for continuity and both measuring , I was able to remove the old parts and install the new parts for the refrigerator after unplugging the unit. I also checked the new parts prior to installing. I also went on Parts Select and watched some very helpful videos. Thanks a lot for your help desk for going above and beyond to ensure that I ordered the correct part! ????

Broken Glass Shelf in Refridgerator
I broke the glass shelf in my refrigerator. I had trouble navigating the website, so I called the customer service line, and the lady was lovely to speak with, and ordered my part quickly! In 2 days I had the part, and it fit perfectly!

We, have two children and thay pulled strech, and finally broke them.
I tied in to your web site orderd the parts the part were here in a day 1/2open cartons expecting to be broke but to my suprised they were in great shape and then fit perfectly the first time love your company.

Old refrigerator door gasket was warped and door wouldn't stay tightly closed.
No tools needed. Popped out old gasket, cleaned/sanitizeddoor and popped new gasket into grooves. Door now closes tightly!!!

Door would no longer close
The old gasket was dirty and old and it had ripped, so the fridge would no longer close. The new gasket came in and all we had to do was push it into the groves and make sure it was secure, and it was fixed. Saved me hundreds of dollars buying a new fridge.

Refrigerator door was not sealing correctly.
Remove screws from lower hinge and carefully remove the door. In my case it was the lower bearing, flip door upside down being careful to remove anything which might fall off first. I removed the door stop and then pulled the broken bearing out with pliers. Then I pushed the new one in and reassembled it.

The door shelf broke.
Very easily did the repair -- popped the new door shelf right in the place of the old one! No tools needed, no hardware, easy! The part actually measured 24 3/4 but the replacement part said "26 inches" on website & this was THE replacement part. Put this off for so long--ordered part and recd within 2 days, great!

The original part was plastic/and broke
unscrewed to little bolts and installed the new/metal part we got rfom partselect.If we may say.this is a great company to buy from! Fast!
