I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Broken support rail-right side
Ordered the part from this site . Part was delivered in 4 days.removed meat drawer, removed main shelf that the rails are attached to,unscrewed broken rail with Philips head screwdriver,reattached new rail and WALA finished.Less than fifteen minutes.

broken door rack
took the old one out, put the new one in. Will be an ongoing problem due to the flimsy nature of the rack. Refrigerator is in a rental unit. Great to know parts a just a phone call away, and arrive super fast.

A shelf in my daughter's refrigerator broke

rail that held drawer up was broken
removed top shelf from refrigerator,put new rail in slots and tightened screw.Replaced shelf and slid in drawer.

Right Side Drawer Support Rail
First removed drawer, then shelf. Unscrewed the broken support rail. Attached the new one and screwed it on. Replaced the shelf, slide in the drawer, that's it. Less than 10 minutes.

Brooken Drawer Rail Support
The repair was very easy. I took out the top glass shelf which the drawer is attached to and unscrewed the broken support. Then just lined up the new support and screwed it in place. Placed the top shelf back in the fridge and slid the drawer into place along the new rail supports. Very smooth process.

Broken meat traysupport rail
Remove 1 screw, pull out old part, insert new part, replace screw. Takes longer to clean off the fridge shelf than to replace the part.
